One of the best briyanis we have had in Spore. The rice was fluffy and tasty paired with tender mutton and delicious chicken curry. Value for money as it comes with an egg, raita, poppadum and free flow of rice. The bhindi fry, pepper mutton and lassi was also excellent. The restaurant was also newly renovated and all the staff from the safe entry aunty and manager were very friendly and warm. Will definitely come back again!

Surprised to see bad reviews here, I've been brought here twice by Indian friends and both times food and services were great! I've had plenty of rava dosa in India but never in Singapore cuz its not common here, so my Indian friends brought me here. We also had tasty samosas and chicken tikka. All were good! I took away one mutton Briyani and one chicken briyani. Really fluffy and fragrant, one portion can feed 3 pax easily. $21 for both. Will definitely be back!

Worst Experience! Never going back to that branch again... After searching so much for South Indian food... Atleast came to here for our dinner... We are order the mutton meal and chicken briyani... Both was no taste only... Not able to have that... I order Masala dosa that taste also somewhat... Not like it.. Only Sambar taste was good... Never come again!

One of the best Indian restaurants food in singapore. Loved their non vegetarian food specially the biryanis must try. Also their rose milk is tasty. Very friendly staff

All was good. They should improve the take away pickup process. It gets messy without a designated Q and proper handling. A copy of the takeout receipt for the customer is useful/must as once we give away the receipt to the person in charge of the take away counter, we don't have any other references, mode to remember our order (if a lot). For the restaurant's kind consideration, please.

I was in Singapore for a meeting and happened to find this gem because it was closer to my hotel and had decent ratings. It is an unassuming looking place. A bit chaotic when you arrive to try and find someone to take your order, but don't be afraid to flag someone down. I was literally one of four non Indian people in the whole restaurant, which was almost at full capacity with Indians. The waiter spoke a little English. I knew this place must be legit. To be clear, the food is 100% worth it. Mango Lassi, mutton biryani, saffron rice, prati were all packed with flavor and extremely filling. I would definitely go back again the next time I visit.

Yes! The reviews are fake! Ordered Chicken 65, Chapati and Kadai chicken. Chicken 65- The worst- No Taste- Must avoid. Chapathi- Somewhat okay! Kadai Chicken- When you add capsicum to the Masala chicken, here it becomes Kadai Chicken. Will never visit again ! நன்றி நமக்கம் 🥴

Gulab Jamun (SGD $3.60) @ Sakunthala's Restaurant. . Their version can be served with or without ice cream. . The spongy soft milk solid doughnuts are immersed in a hot thick rose water and cardamom flavoured syrup. . Picks up the floral earthy sweet spice flavour, yum. Adding ice cream serves to highlight the contrast of tastes and temperatures.

This busy restaurant serves the best food in Singapore. I was made very welcome and they found me a table even though the place was packed. And the food...OMG! I had Bombay Aloo served on a banana leaf, and a lime drink. It was unbelievably good. I'll be back.

Had some amazing authentic South Indian food in this gem of a restaurant located in Little India. The service was a tad slow. However, this was compensated with the amazing food. There is a good selection, and everything seems to be made fresh, which adds to the taste. Furthermore, it is cheaper than most other restaurants in the area and has good portion sizes. Would come back again.

The food is great and the service is good. But the portion size for a la carte meat is ridiculous. The photo below is Pepper Mutton that cost me $8.50. My fault for not checking earlier and raising it there, but this is not acceptable la.
