Large dining area, clean. Finding a parking lot can be a challenge. Limited nos. Good variety of curries. Lamb shank curry was good. Murtabak stood out for me, mutton and gravy flavourful. Mango lassi could have less ice. Overall a satisfying dinner. I would have preferred if all the veggies were more warm than cold.

Great place for prata. The Tissue Prata was really thin and crispy. They serve crispy type prata. The egg onion prata is delicious too. We were first given chicken curry, and when we asked for a refill, were served fish curry. Both were flavourful and yummy. It gets crowded, and there's not a lot of parking available. Go during off peak hours or travel by public transport.

Came here after a hike at MacRitchie Reservoir.. Ordering is an irritating and cumbersome experience. The uncle was on the phone and never bothered to take the order and then went away to do something..came back again and was on the phone again but luckily decided to oblige and take the order. Food came quickly, but was lukewarm. The prata had some chemical sort of smell but was crisp. Fish curry sauce that came alongside had a good creamy dipping texture. Special mention to the Mysore mutton which was tender and evenly spiced. Won’t specifically come here..better ones around.

The first I came here, I could not get in as it was full and waiting time was waay too long for my hangry self. This time, I came on a weekday evening. At 8pm the place was half full giving me ample space choices. I chose to sit out. The food was good, not great but the prata was the star of the show. I had ordered chicken masala, which is a chefs recommendation but I did not like it that much. The mutton dishes and the plain gravy that came with the prata was nice!

First time back after a few years. Now the prata comes pre cooked which isnt too great. Stand out dishes were the lamb shank ala carte and the spinach and lentil curry. Extremely flavourful and satisfying

Probably the best prata I’ve tried in Singapore (or how they call it “Singapore’s answer to croissants”.) The chicken curry is so-so. The large murtabak is as really large portion. The people working there are really doing their best, not sure why people complain about it the service (if you want service you’re in the wrong place).

Decent prata and iced milo, however the murtabak is too dry. Long queues for a seat but it moves quickly. It’s a good idea to walk off the calories after a heavy meal. Will try it for supper sometime.

A nice place for Indian muslim food. We usually come here for their pratas, though their murtabak is good too. They have a large selection of interesting prata options. Overall a good place for a meal, but I felt they used to taste better.

I've been here many times before, and their pratas were nice. After 2 years away, we came back here again for lunch. The service was poor, and food was not as nice as before. Pratas served tasted like it were precooked and reheated till too crispy like crackers. Tea halia was horrible. I can understand that price has increased, but make sure it's value for money. Leftover food left too long on the table that birds were feasting on them.

Went there for dinner, all the food we ordered was served within 10-15 minutes. The pratas were good, the biryani rice a bit soggy. Not the usual biryani we ate at other places.

Ordered 4 egg pratas and 2 plain pratas. There are plenty of seats but sometimes it’s very packed here as people who visit the park will come here to have breakfast or lunch. The waiter gave us 2 different types of curry. One is fish curry and the other is chicken curry. The fish curry seems to be tastier. A mix of both curry and you get a new type of curry. The prata is quite nice.

Still a decent prata place to hangout with some friends once in a while. Food standard is sometimes good sometimes ok to maybe not. Don't expect smiley service faces but the staff are pretty nice overall. Fish curry is usually a favourite with my friends. Banning Nann from my choice selection, felt like I was eating a thin piece of tissue prata instead.

Masala Tea - does not taste of masala spices. Tasted a bit sour and bitter. Quite a dark colour and at first I thought I had been given a Milo. Took it back and staff kindly remade it - but it was just a big spoon of white powder from a plastic pot, and hot water. Not mixed, no flavour. Disappointing. Staff were nice though. Lime drink also seems to be pre-mix. Tasted full of sugar, less of the lime. Will judge the food separately.

Overall food nice 4/5 Maybe table too many orders, have to watch out whether order fulfilled and have to remind.

Good first experience. The prata is reasonable large and is crispy. The service was very fast, ordered, sat down and the food arrived in seconds. Relative to my local Hawker prata it is around 2x more expensive. But it's worth it for a treat.

One of the best prata place. The egg Prata is crispy and nice. Other food is good too like mee goreng. Papadam is fresh and crispy. Service is ok though, not fantastic. The food is served fast and hot. The masala tea and teh halia are really nice as they are not too sweet. Prices are reasonable too. The atmosphere can be kind noisy if crowded.

We ordered butter chicken & prata for take away. The butter chicken ($7.50) taste a bit too salty, and not many chicken cubes inside, mostly breast meat. The naan was very burnt and costs $3 per piece. We felt very ripped off.

Kosong was crispy. Was adventurous and tried pineapple cheese Prata. was ok but too one dimensional after a while, gave up eating it (partly coz it is a huge size). Chicken curry tasted too ordinary.

I ordered the White Rice + Butter Chicken which was listed as $9.10 on the menu. Made my payment, got my receipt and saw that I was charged $10.70 for the item and that it was just listed as butter chicken. So I checked with the cashier/manager. She told me that it’s the same item and that the price was wrong on the menu. I commented that it was such a coincidence that the item I ordered turned out to be the one that was mispriced. She replied saying, yes that was the only mispriced item. Smells fishy to me and trust me it wasn’t the fish curry. I told her that they should update the price on the menus and she said that they were just about to do it. I’m going to come back in a week to verify if they did so. So Casuarina Curry, I hope you update your menu changes in a timely fashion or at least inform your customers about the price difference. The food came really quickly though so that was good. However, the butter chicken was a real disappointment. Gravy was runny and not how I remember it to be. Chicken was quite dry on the inside and looked like it was separately cooked then added to the gravy to continue cooking. Suffice to say that the feeling that I was cheated plus the average food means I’ll not be back to dine here again.

I’ve been here several times, each time the dishes we are familiar with n ate, is nothing short of deserving 10 Michelin stars. Try not to order too much, our favourites are egg masala thosai, teh Halia, butter chicken masala, and garlic naan, plain bryani rice $3.00 which is my absolute favourite to go with their supreme curries, we always come around 5pm to avoid crowds. Indian food always make us happy !

Prata is pulled too flat. Yes it’s crispy but it lost its chewiness. Cheese prata is freaking salty. Only okay dish here is maggie goreng. Portion is good and worth the price

Love the cheese Naan and the paper tosai. Also ordered chicken briyani and chicken murtabak. All quite good. Good service, whereby the lady recommended which type of Naan and tosai to go for.
