Visited on 13/2/2022 Sunday is crowded. Attracted by it's 'wall display' of chocolate and the cat status, Cacaocat 'made of chocolate'? The chocolate candy cost $2 per piece, it have 14 flavours. Choose dark chocolate, matcha, honjicha and yuzu flavours. And brought the Cacaocat Bake Ware Choco, dark chocolate $9.80

We went there to redeem via Chope on 18th Dec 2022. However, The Lava Cake with Ice Cream made us diarrhea when i was pregnant. So we found out that it was not fresh. We won't purchase it anymore. Thank goodness! I didn't vomit. If i vomit, i would be end up at Hospital which was more serious. Dear Chocolate Origin, Please give fresh dessert to customers. Thanks!

Huge fanatic of all things chocolate so it’s deffos not one to miss out. The chocolate lava cake was absolutely splendid. Love the vanilla ice cream at the bottom. Gives alittle bit of the element of surprise. Not a huge fan of the ice cream. I prefer awfully chocolate’s. But overall, wonderful. Would deff come back to satisfying my period cravings!

One of the best dark chocolate ice cream ever!!! The ice cream is rich and creamy, and definitely a great dessert option after long walk of shopping esp when the shop is located right near the escalator at B1. The only down side is that the staff is too just taking orders and preparing food at the counter that table cleaning is delayed or simply not there. We were seated at a table where there are still sorry spots from previous customers.

Terrible that they want the sale but don't want people eating anywhere in the store. Previously there was seating arrangement, now they are chasing people out from eating in their store. So you buy your lava cake and then step out to eat in front of their store, not in the store! Nice model!

Ordered matcha lava cake & dark chocolate ice cream, it’s expensive ($9.80) but if you don’t mind the price, tastes great.

The chocolate candy costs $2 each. It’s tiny but at this kind of price point, I expected a decent chocolate at least but I almost cried eating it cos it was a waste of my calories. It is just sweet, take your money and buy Lindt instead (cheaper and edible). Bought 10, spent $20 and it’s so disappointing that I had to post my 1st ever review on Google 😩

Bought a cake today at 5pm and cut just done. It all turned out crumbly and dry, we weren’t able to cut the cake into slices. Update: went back to the shop and they were super apologetic about it. So service recovery was definitely good but the verdict about the quality of the sake is to be determined.

Poor service, hide behind and when I call first time they pretended didn’t hear me, after call twice then show me that face like I owned them money, slammed the chiller door like scared we can’t hear it!!! Show her annoying face all the way. Good was just normal, and really poor service. It will be my first time and my last time to visit this store
