1st time here,after they renovated...Deco looks good,better than before I would say..Looks more spacious and open now. Staffs are friendly. There wasn't any crowd when I went. With covid-19 restrictions eased, can expect more crowd soon.

Sourdough take quite a while but the items are freshly bake! I enjoyed it. But the services can be improve. When I step into the restaurant all the staff are using their phone? what are they browsing?? legit every single one of them. Customer service can be improve. When there are lots of customers during peak hours, they did mix up an order and cannot cope with the situation.

Start by ordering 1 slice of each pizza. Don't worry, nobody's judging you. They even go around tables asking if you want a slice of (whatever pan they are holding from time to time, fresh from the oven) which is FANTASTIC! My favourite is the satay chicken cuz sweet.. Manis siol.. ❤️ boleh diabetes. Least favourite will always be the devil's favourite, Hawaiian. 🙈 I guess it's worth it? Since each ate like 1½ pan's worth. Also, the company made the eating experience worth it too. I mean, eat with good company la. Promo is ongoing for the next 3 Wednesdays, 2pm to 9pm. Came here for lunch today with my colleague. We entered and ordered thru (QR) the website as instructed. We ordered the fun pasta but we not aware that it is for kid meal. The order went through and after that the trainee Manager approach us to ask "How old are you?", Which I feel is kind of rude. The way she asked has offended me. This is not the way how you treat and inform you customer with a wrong order. The menu on the website also never state clearly it is ONLY for kids. Kindly review your menus. Your staffs also never pay attention to the customer. They are chitchatting to each other.

Opted for take away on a weekday and was told waiting time was 30 to 45 minutes . I agreed to that and went for a walk, upon returning at 45 minutes, order was still not ready and server was not happy about me questioning how long more it took. Many order dinners were also frustrated and asked to cancel their order as well as the kitchen was too slow. Only received my 2 pizzas 1hour and 15 minutes later. Although pizza was hotx side dishes where all cold. Will not visit this branch again

The my box is really worth it for the price. We ordered to-go personal pans at $3 each. Such a steal! Hope the promotions can be up and running for a while longer.

The meal deal is ok. It includes soup of the day, pizza and a drink. The seating arrangement has a lot more long tables, which probably seats more people now compared to the square and rectangle tables. However it does feel a but cheaper than it used to.

Nice place Food quality average. Service :below average. We ordered two pizza: Hawaiian and pepperoni. The Hawaiian is ok. The meat on pepperoni was almost all black. Raised up the issue that it was overcooked. However, the feedback is their pepperoni is like that. Well. That is not usual pepperoni I have ever tried before. Maybe this is Pizza Hut standard. One of the guys told us the order was taken manually but after 15min we were told it wasn’t captured. Normally it wouldn’t be an issue but we were in a real rush and we did not respond in best way we should have admittedly. The manager handled the situation admirably well. However the sweet and spicy drumlets tasted like they weren’t fully defrozed properly. 5 star for the great attitude of the female in charge

Nice ambience. We went 9pm on a Sunday night. The floor crew did good service. Asked for cold drinking water they just helped to bring to our table. Ordered Pizza and Fries. Not much of waiting time. Arrived fairly on time. The pizza was delicious. Especially the stuffed crust is worth it. Best thing ever. While leaving asked the staff to help us to pack our fries. They packed nicely. Overall experience - Good! Definitely will visit again.

Came for the pizza stayed for the cheese.. got ourselves a cheese refill halfway through.. 9/11 would come back again. Servers were great too.

Food was average at best. Pizza Hut is best fresh out of the oven but I think even dining in couldn’t help the taste. The thin crust pizza was too crispy. Pizza hut’s CNY special pizza was not the best combo of flavours. Another small nitpick is the cutting of the slices were off. Some pieces big and some tiny. Overall paying restaurant prices (with service charge) for meh pizza is not worth it. No issues with service and the ambience was good.

Horrible service, long waiting time. The staff prepare order not one time. Always miss. Than keep you waiting, especially order via grab food app. Never let you down . Knew they slowly but totally cannot accept miss order did not prepare. No matter how late your arrive they will late than you
