Seriously.. the staff here really cannot handle peak hour crowd. Queue management was disastrous, the kitchen service sluggish and slow. Please do something about it. Customer satisfaction is really Low. Chicken has a funky Color and smell. It’s really not fresh. Worst KFC experience ever.

***PLEASE DO NOT BUY*** If possible I would give 0/5 star. -Bad Customer service. -Dishonest Staff. -Chicken is not Crispy. -Chicken is Dry like powder. On 15th Aug 2021, Sunday at around 9.00pm. My Kids wanted KFC, I placed my order using the KFC app. Ordered the new 5pcs Cereal Crispy Chicken meal, with additional 3 set of cheese fries at Junction 8, KFC. Upon my collection I requested for Thigh, drums and wings meat as my kids doesn’t like the Breast meat. I was served by a Malay Aunty wearing scarf. Her name tag was unclear and I won’t mention her name here. Moving on, She immediately told me that she’s has packed the meat which can’t be changed. I asked why? She told me it’s packed accordingly and she included all the different kind of meat cut. Which I assumed a mixture of “Thigh, Breast, wing and drums”. So I trust her and didn’t insist to change. Shortly, a Malay uncle came to collect his order. He speak in Malay, requested for certain meat cut, she immediately unbox and rearrange accordingly for him. I felt very unfair by her action which is not ethical and unreasonable. I didn’t want to create a scene there as my kids want KFC badly. Next, she packed my cheese fries in a mess, with disrespect, box wasn’t covered properly and fries were sticking outwards. This is too much and I told her for prepare a new set of cheese fries for me. She gave me unpleasant tone “have to wait ahhh” I was like fine. Please go ahead. The preparation took around 8mins, she prepare for me in a well manner as I think she realised that she might get into trouble if I raise a feedback. When I’m homed, I prepare the meal for my kids, the cheese fries were fine. But the Cereal chicken was horrible and it’s all breast meat accept 1 drum. My kids were very disappointed and I’m very disappointed by the service. This is the last time and I won’t recommend anyone to go there. Bad experience and some sort of racists service given. *This is not a made up story, you can feel free to contact me personally and my Invoice number is 9174. ordered curry rice bowl, got myself curry potato rice bowl. Dug the rice for 5 mins wondering, then thought to myself, when will the chicken come home? is the chicken still hatching? have i turned vegan? is it SG no chicken again? are the chickens stuck at customs? idk man…

Order breakfast original wrap for take away. During Lunch when I open its American wrap.. This is not a first time they make the mistake. Really dissapointed with their service .

Need to improve the standards here. Service is sluggish and slow.When ordering takeouts 9 out 10 times something is missing from the order. Missing fries, missing onion rings, missing popcorn chicken. Cannot trust them with any order. I always need to pull everything out and check and will find something missing. I cant keep pulling everything out and putting it back in everytime i order. I might as well pack my own orders. The staff should know whats in the bundle feasts. Its not once or twice. 9/10 times one or two sides will be missing!

Dear KFC, Reporting on 2 serious cases: Case 1: Aggressive Counter Lady 1) On 29th August 2023, 9pm, I was at Bishan Junction 8 KFC branch. 2) I ordered a Zinger Burger meal for dining in but I was not served with serviettes. 3) After my meal, I went to the counter to request for some serviettes. 4) The plump Malay female counter staff, who is perpetually rude, stared at me aggressively for a few seconds before retrieving some serviettes. 5) At this point, I wish to emphasize that serviettes are the basic items along with condiments to be served for dining in fast food restaurants. 6) That plump Malay female counter staff should have placed these basic items automatically on customers' trays without a need for customers to request. 7) This Malay staff needs to be reprimanded for her lack of courtesy in the service line. She should not have stared at me to indirectly voice her displeasure because she was paid to deliver a service at that outlet. 8) To top it off, after the Malay staff had got the serviettes from the back of the counter, she forcefully slapped the serviettes on my open palm with a "pop" sound, all the while staring at me with her narrowed eyes. What do you make out of this? I was truly offended by her unnecessary display of anger and impatience towards me. 9) I was contemplating quarreling with her on the spot but I refrained from doing so. 10) Previously, I had witnessed her shouting at other KFC customers too. I was disturbed by her offensive behaviour and ill-mannered attitude. 11) She is a black sheep in the industry and she should be reprimanded by the management in order to educate her not to be rude again. Case 2: Unprofessional Management a) On 30 August 2023, 945pm, I approached the manager, Kelvin, to complain about the above incident. b) Manager Kelvin screamed like a hyena in a series of badly phased sentence about: "You are guy and she is a lady so you should give face to her." However, that problem was not a gender issue but that of a lack of professional service. c) Manager Kelvin started to rant about him having a lot of Malay friends. However, again that problem was not about race and Kelvin was inciting racial arguments and it was illegal in the eyes of the law. d) Manager Kelvin had failed in his line of duty because as a customer, I felt even more infuriated after speaking to him. Manager Kelvin attempted to be sarcastic and rude. e) Due to manager kelvin's poor proficiency of English comprehension, he suddenly went off tangent and talked about my previous complaint, insinuating that I was being "difficult". However, when I looked at Google Reviews, there were hundreds of 1-star reviews criticising the counter staff, especially about the plump Malay counter lady. f) Service providers should not be venting frustration on customers. g) Manager Kelvin challenged me to escalate the matter and I welcome his proposal. I had already written to KFC HR, STOMP, Singapore Food Agency and Junction 8 to settle this trouble. I am considering lodging a Magistrate Complaint to resolve this problem on a fair playing ground. h) I look forward to being contacted by KFC upper management.

Worst horrible KFC I've ever patronised! Waited damn long for a simple riser meal. Ended up those queuing after me got their order before me! I ever went there when there's no crowd but they're still super slow! The staffs were all slow and sluggish. And the worst part was their poker face acted like nothing happened! Might as well close down the outlet!

The staff at the counter name Margaret was being very passive-aggressive when I told her my order. For some reason, she felt annoyed about it. Once my order was placed, I asked the preparation staff if I could have a mix. Instead of asking me for my number, the staff name EVA raised her hand and asked me to wait for her to call me. Once they called and my order was prepared. They didn't even give me what I asked for. My only complaint is for some reason, they felt mad at me, but yet I didn't say anything to make them agitated. And also, you don't put your hand on someone's face when they are talking. I want to get my food. I don't understand why they have to sound like I owe them a living.

Horrible service. This place doesnt even deserve 1 star it literally deserves 0 stars. Service hear is slow, judging from the outside of the kitchen, it looks like they have low hygiene managment. Please do now go here!! I ordered a simple order that should take at least 8minutes to prepare but they really cannot even haddle a small amount of people and they took almost 20 minutes to prepare me and my friends simple meal. Staff was not friendly and kept staring at us. Lady at the paying counter has low anger management and will get mad very easily. Please do not come here unless you want a bad meal and bad service and unfriendly staff. The food was not that good either. It looks like they have been left in the storage heater whatever thing for days. The way they prepare the food looks like they dont want to serve us and makes it look very bad. 0/5 dont come.
