The only halal stall in the coffee shop. Contrary to most Muslim stalls in coffee shops, they sell a bit more Indonesian fare. Highlight is the choice of rice they have: nasi putih / hijau/ kuning. Personally I like the kuning one, most fragrant of all the 3. All the rice seems to be lemak too. It’s quite a popular stall during meal times, most love to grab the Ayam Penyet set or order Nasi Padang with the chicken wings or drumsticks. I like the tahu tempe the most, nicely flavoured and not overly oily. They also have 2 types of chilli to choose, one is more spicy like a Belado type. Food can be a bit pricey (especially if you order a meat) but it’s great to try if you are nearby!

Ordered $28 worth of food but they take ZERO pride in their cooking. Nasi Kuning is basically rice drowned in yellow food colouring. The tahu tempeh was so salty that I just chucked it in the bin where it rightfully belongs.

Food is not bad but prices are unreasonable at times. Nasi lemak $3.50 Added beef and it became a whopping $8. So each piece of meat is $1.50 each? The entire beef add on is $4.50? Does not make sense at all.

The picture says it all. Honestly, I really do not know, how long they are going to be around.
