First time dinning at the Tampines Hub outlet. They serve halal Thai food that is decent. The chili flakes are spicy enough. Their deluxe beef noodles came with beef tendons which unfortunately are just fats. No meat at all. They require you to return bowls and plates yourself but there wasn’t anyone to clean the tables and floor. Agree with another review on the cleanliness issue.

I found that this restaurant had cleanliness issues. The empty tables inside had stains on it and the floor had food that was dropped by the previous customer which hasnt been clear by the staff. We had to wait like 20mins for the food though The grilled chicken noodle, the chicken tasted tender and tasty. The beef noodle, meat was nicely cooked and the noodle was just right. But the dessert was disappointing, the glutinous rice is dry and harden, the mango was sour instead of the usual, sweet and sour taste. The tomyam soup was average only thou

Good place for quick snack/meals. To make Order at the cashier counter thereafter pay first before the food is self served when ready using the buzzer token. Drink served immediately upon payment and self collect. Payment can be be made by cash, pay wave and nets.

*DONT RECOMMENDED!!!* SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE! DONT KNOW WHY REVIEW IS SO HIGH to start, the staff serving us at 2pm, sat, dec3, was so... impolite? weird? 2 middle-aged (malay?) lady staff were at the back adjusting each other's hair EVEN AFTER seeing us stand at the counter for a few mins. we thought they didn't see, so we started waving at them to come over...the lady gave us eye contact and kept looking casually for a good few mins before SLOWLY sauntering over. it was as though she needed time to decide whether she wants to serve us? we asked "is this place for ordering?" jic we got it wrong and she just replied "ya." we ordered D1 Mango Sticky Rice ($6.30!!!) and i attached a picture of it above... there was so little rice! plus it was tough, and the mango was so small.. a real disappointment and way too expensive for the portion. we also ordered VS2 Sweet Potato Sago ($5.50) and SS3 Soda Violet Honey Pop ($4).. but the SWEET potato was so v salty!!?! we seriously suspect if they had accidentally put salt instead of sugar into it. the honey pop may as well be called small hard jelly bits.. wheres the honey?! only the mango is okay. we came here to have a refreshing break and enjoy some nice desserts but this experience was not it.

Guys, thou we love your food, pls get your cleanliness right. The floor are so dirty with specks of food so visible. Stocks are strewn all over, best part, there's this dead cockroach. Better get your act together before someone is actually down with food poisoning. Tampines hub outlet.

Went to have dinner few days ago Outlet recently revamped with 3 self service kiosk for non cash payment. Our food arrived rather quickly despite being in the middle of peak dinner time. Green beef curry is delicious as always and portion remained the same , while they had increased the price. Added on wings and the size is good as well. I wouldn't recommend buying the Thai milk tea as the proportion of ice is too much.

One of the best Boat Noodle in town for me. The bad experience was I came to order at 9:10pm, staff telling me close order due to insufficient staff, one staff MC. So only takeaway available, staff suggested me to sit outside at public places, but I was still doubt seeing restaurant still occupied 50%, why am I not able to sitting inside.

3.5 stars. Food quality: Didn’t feel like having beef so tried their chicken boat noodle which had live rising popularity count on the order kiosk - chicken meat and ball were tender and above average tasting. Soup was slightly spicy. Food portion / Price: Portions as expected. Prices are close to $10. Service: N/A - 3 self service order kiosks, pay and collect when buzzer is called. Crowd: Still have space available even during lunch hour. Payment: Paywave, PayNow accepted.

Pathetic portion of food given if you ordered via grab. The amount of soup comes up to not even a quarter of the packaging. Not very honest in their serving.

This is mainly self-service, ordering from kiosk, collect meal when buzzer buzzed, drinks collected from a different counter, and to return all to a tray station once finished. Staff will come out to clean the tables on occasion. Food is served hot and well.

had the set meal. average bowl of tom yum fish noodle soup. thai green milk tea was average too but fortunately not too sweet. the mango sago tea jelly dessert was soso only. nth to rave but food overall passable.

Priced reasonably and fast service. Basil kra pao chicken was light and the serving size was enough to keep me going throughout the day. Appreciate that they have 3 self-serve machines. Would be nice if they had more salad/vege dishes .

Reasonably priced food. Takeaway this grill chicken boat noodle + drink + 2 wings for $12+. It was very filling and the portion was just right. Soup very flavourful. Drinks and food are collected at separate counters.

Order seafood seafood tum yum soup. The soup tastes horrible, and the egg yolk of the hard-boiled egg ruined the taste of tum yum soup. The worst soup I had tasted so far since i ate Thai cusines. The mussel shells were not thoroughly cleaned and looked very unhygienic.
