Pretzel is yummy and affordable thanks to new rewards system but staff and service quite slow even though the food is already made and on display. Had to queue for about 15mins though i was just the 3rd/4th in queue. Please improve the efficiency. Contrary to typical understanding, long queue doesnt mean it's good, it's just because the service is slow! Go redeem your free treat once you sign up as new member!

Happiness with a twist! I love auntie anne, the smell, bread and all. Abit pricey but we can always treat ourselves once in a while. We tried seaweed and cheese pretzel. It was soft and hot, so do eat it while it’s hot. Overall good experience.

Very happy that it’s opened in Northpoint city!! There’s a bit of the queue whenever I buy so do expect some waiting time. The stall is small and compact together with the live pretzel making station. You can watch them prepare the pretzel from scratch while waiting in line. Tried their almond crunch, salted original and chocolate. Going to try their cinnamon sugar next. Eat it while it’s hot, else it’s very chewy. Their passion fruit juice is nice too!

Loved their freshly baked pretzels. Dropped a star after seeing the attendant used the same tongs to handle the pretzels, tray and the cloth to wipe the tray.

I bought this bread here for the first time, but the process made me uncomfortable. In particular, which Malay shop assistant has an extreme attitude. I know you're going to leave work, but there's still so much bread, and it doesn't take you long to buy it. When you saw me standing at the front desk, you went straight away. After that, I kept looking at her before asking me what I wanted? In my impression, this bread is delicious, but please invite people like you who have no quality to make it, even the taste is worse!

Always a long queue... ordering and payment needs to be improved. Recommend the cheese bites and cinnamon pretzels!

Service is a major turn off! I have been craving for awhile to eat from there, tried to order several times only but the shop keep showing weird patterns! Such as closed, order for tomorrow, then 10 mins it's open again then closed then open but some items are not available, yet only available for pick up only for some reason. Decided to venture and travel to North point for pick up, 10 mins after I go check about my order with the guy who is making the dough, he doesn't even reply to me, no eye contact! Just points at the cashier person! I had to stay extra time with no proper reply to me of why it's taking long, blasting ethnic loud music with faces that doesn't look happy to work there! I get it, I been working in retail and customer service all my life! Company doesn't pay you enough or work stress or whatever, but you can't take it out on the customer with poor service 🤷🏽 Now I'm good from eating there anymore, hopefully I don't have to go there again.

Love that their pretzels are always made fresh but i can say that the pretzel done in NPC isnt up to quality and lack consistency. Some days I received well done pretzel and in other days, I get bitter ones because they were slightly burn. Please improve on quality control.

cashier showed unprofessionalism service by not wearing uniform and talking rudely to customer. we were paying and the cashier asked wether we had small notes and unfortunately we don't have small notes or paywave or card. After that cashier sounded annoyed and look annoyed. cashier even cussed vulgarites to us indirectly. was a malay girl with contact lenses home clothes and middle size
