I always visit Stuff'd next to get a good and healthy meal. So far, the food has been very consistent and the portion is worth the money. The staff there are also friendly, especially the one at the topping station.

Lalitha and DJ are very awesome humans that have overcome difficult situations on earth. Despite the number of enemies that are in line, they remain clam and composed, to slowly degenerate them... I congratulate them on getting their 4 star general rank and hope that they continue to serve with pride :)

Yummy burritos… the beef is tasty, melts in the moüth and fragrant . Will definitely come back for more. Your staff, DJ, Li Rong, Ella, Selvi and Asraf are very friendly and helpful. Their service is top class. 😀

Order kebab at counter, weigh and show much lighter than expected. Staff decline to change or add on more. If we pay lesser cannot, but if weigh lighter why not consumer can ask to add more ingredients to match ? 2nd issue please prioritize the long waiting queue instead of busy of delivery order. Please add staff to handle delivery order or increase your waiting time to delivery orders as well being customer in d line been waiting long enough. Appreciated

On the 21st of november 2022 . The overall kebab food and service of Stuff’d staff is very excellent!! Very friendly staff which is both name of the staff is “Ayu”and “Nadia” if I’m not mistaken. When I ordered they will treat me kindly and follow what instruct to do so on my food. Will recommend to come and visit again! Thank you so much again!

Ridiculously under portioned and poor customer service. Kebabs are advertised as approximately 280g but I understand when the queue is long orders might be a bit smaller but you serve me this pathetically tiny 240g kebab and expect me to keep quiet. The tub of chicken was completely full and yet the server did not even give a full scoop, vegetables very little also, saving for who please let me know there are 3 people in the queue. When I mentioned the unusually small portion they even tried to blame me for only ordering 3 types of vegetables but I order the exact same thing every time and have never seen below 270g at cck outlet. Disappointing and just disrespectful, just full of excuses employee's just blaming each other instead of just fixing my damn order

3 staff in the shop, each do their own thing and keep talking among themselves. no one serving customer, pretend customer don’t exist. Award winning service, why not start a TikTok live streaming session, I think the 3 staff can earn more money there.

Feedback: Used to have 550-600g Daily Bowl in 2022 and earlier. But this year all I'm getting is 490-520g. Doesn't it justify for price increment. Their scoop serving is by sliding in and sliding out. So basically is not scooping up. Even worse, sometimes they knock knock on their scoop. When I say I don't want all veg, just give me more lettuce and Abit of onion, they give me that disgusted look. Hope Stuff D management look into this. Unless of course management is simply profit driven and not prioritizing filling up hungry customers.

Good food, I am a return customer but customer service is getting really bad during lunch. First you have to queue like 10-15 mins to be served, then wait for them to prepare grab orders, then when your order is done, wait to pay even when your order is wrapped right in front of you. I ordered today and after waiting to make payment for 1 min or so. I was still left waiting, and in total waited for 3 mins just standing silently in front of the cashier with no acknowledgement and zero action. I made eye contact with one staff at the back preparing stuff but she also ignored me after. Total time to get lunch here was 25mins, almost half a lunch hour gone.

As mentioned by some others,the portion is often under the recommended weight. Happened twice to me. The most recent purchase, both kebabs were below the recommended weight, out of which one was only 220gm+. Wrote feedback to Stuffd via FB before but it seems there is no change. I never had this issue when i used to get my weekly kebabs at Vivo. I can understand if meat needs to be limited,but the veg given now is very pathetic too.

Miserable portion of the quesadilla. Have to upsize to match the portion of other outlets. Slow service and realise that the two serving staff are new. Do stuff have a standard protocol of the serving portions. It differs based on outlets.

Have to queue up for 50mins for a takeaway. Staff placed more emphasis and priority on Grab orders. Understand that patrons ordering thru grab are paying more, but please be fair to those standing in line. 50 min q for a takeaway is ridiculous. Will not encourage anyone to join the q during dinner hour. It’s not worth your time. Those standing is line are just being neglected. Waited 50mins, and finally next is your turn. Stuffd received a big order thru grab, add another 10mins to your waiting time. Congratulations.

It was my first time in this outlet and usually I buy from the one near my house. I bought Ultimate chicken daily bowl and the portion was just half of the packaging and the lettuce base was like 3 spoonful. It seems like a ripoff if I'm paying $11 expecting to have the appropriate portion. Not sure if this is just a one time thing, because the usual outlet I go to have bigger portions than this.

to start, they are ridiculously slow. i waited for over half an hour with maybe 5-6 people in front of me. the staff are incredibly rude and can’t speak english at all. not even basic english. they’ll converse with each other in chinese and give customers an attitude if we ask any questions. i ordered a kebab and asked for pulled lamb (christmas special). i may have missed that it said it cost more but i did not see it clearly indicated on the screen (i checked). but besides that, a kebab is supposed to be 280g. i didn’t get much vegetables (which they would likely blame the customer for the weight) but mine was 211g which is absolutely ridiculous. a 211g kebab for close to 9 bucks? she took one tiny scoop of the lamb which made no sense to me if i’m paying an additional $2 for this. i have ordered here before and they give more if you order chicken. safe to say i am mad and i hate this outlet. patronise at your own risk.

decided to purchase a daily bowl at 6.45pm and understand that it is a peak period and had to wait. was told the wait was 15mins so i decided to queue as there were only 6 people in front, in the meantime, grab and foodpanda orders were simultaneously being prepared but without the chicken. after the wait, the portion of chicken was used to fill up all the online orders and only 3 customers that were in the line. was then told i had to wait anothef 15mins for the next portion and thought it was a little ridiculous that this wasnt communicated earlier that the wait could possibly be 30mins instead. after waiting for 30mins+ i finally ordered but was told i wasnt allowed to do double portion of chicken as there were limited portions and many people waiting. but wasnt i also waiting ?? and arent i going to pay for the extra portion as well ?? im not really understanding the rationale behind this as i believe im a paying customer that has waited in line for the same amount of time as everyone else, so why am i being deprived of a simple request of an extra portion ?? it doesnt help that i was here a few days ago during an OFF peak period and was rudely told i had to wait an hour for chicken. so whether or not i go during a peak or off peak period i still have to wait an absurd amount of time whilst not even being able to receive the order i want ? i dont think this is what your customers deserve.

Rude Indian lady staff. Couldn't wait for us to decide on what we wanted and kept on shouting what we want. Also started talking about us to her colleague. SUCH BAD SERVICE

Portion has gone down significantly even though the weighing scale is right there. Staff weighed it twice, she looked kind of shocked haha. I was the only one in queue but my whole order took 10mins because all 3 staffs were busy preparing. I said hello twice but was ignored, so i just waited. No surprises though, the staff’s’ rudeness has been the only constant. What to do, i like the food.

Staffs are friendly and patience. Food are delicious and vegetables are fresh. Serving portion is just nice too, a nice balance between meat and vegetables 👍🏻

Worst stuff’d outlet ever. I should have read the reviews before buying from this outlet but it’s a scam of an outlet giving half the portion of what other stuff’s outlets are giving. I love stuff’d and have it once a week at city square, novena and Tiong Bahru but this place is really a scam. Don’t go please. Buy some other food if you have to if you are hillion mall.

Portions gone down now, my burrito is flat, also it is cold because it went in the griller for 10 seconds. Seems like the staff today on 10 april just don't care.
