First time tried this place. The meals come with muffin which is moist and crunchy on top. Mushroom soup was good. Everything in the chicken meal plate was cold, we did not like it much. Salmon meal was good. Macaroni size was weird...too big and thick which made it soggy and hard to finish the cup. Price is high and worthless the taste served.

Disappointing food quality. While the grilled chicken taste alright, the meat is too dry, unlike last time (which was many years ago at other outlets). Even the side dishes were sad. The mash potato taste dried out, even the gravy doesn't help. The mac and cheese was hard and again seems dried. The potato salad was decent though and the muffins were still as good as last time. Overall still eatable but food is forgettable. Standard had dropped.

It has been a long time since I went to Kenny Rogers. Kenny rogers used to be a popular place for grilled chicken and their cornmeal muffin. The quality was so-so for the price paid now. Food: 1/5, Service: 2/5, Price: 1/5 The taste of the muffin was ok but was simply too sweet for my liking. Sadly, Kenny Rogers has lost their shine over these years.

Ordered two roasted chicken lunch sets, a half and a quarter with beef bolognese and fries. Food was not hot - not even lukewarm. Breast meat was dry and food was salty. Mushroom soup was similar to canned soup. Muffin was still good. 😞

Ordered quarter chicken thigh meal $15.9 with 2 sides and muffin. Brown sauce enhanced the soft juicy chicken leg! Corn muffin was a winner, warm and fluffy! Payment was paid at counter and you can get seat after that. Food was served pretty quickly for a weekend dinner.

Had quarter chicken, texture and sauce was nice but size was not. The size of sides has also shrunk significantly. The mash and muffins were a tad dry. Mac and cheese not cheesy enough. Excellent service even though the food was bit disappointing.

Went to Jurong outlet : Great service, tasty food & nice ambience. Portion is worth the price. Will definitely come back to try the rest of the menu.

First time trying Kenny Rogers after they returned to the Singapore market. It's positioned as a restaurant but you had to queue, place your order and pay up, which is similar to Aston's. Ordered half a chicken to share. I think I would have enjoyed it a bit more if the sauce was served on the side as drenching the chicken with it removed any crispiness from the skin. Not something that I would return for.

I'm surprised that the price on the menu doesn't state with GST (not even a ++ next to the price). You have to look at the very fine print to know that there will be an add-on GST and service charge. I ordered Fish n Chips, and it is very dry. The Ice Chocolate taste like milo instead. It's not worth it to visit again.

Do NOT come. It takes a lot for me to take time out to review. But this is a spectacularly bad experience. Pasta salad was dry as a bone but the coleslaw was swimming in mayo. The muffin shrunk and did not taste like the Kenny Rogers of before. I grew up going to the place as a treat, excited as anything. It horrifies me that it has become a place which serves food I wouldn't give my dog.

Ordering n payment at front counter with a staff was slow n anxiety-inducing. Service was prompt n attentive. Food was legendary good, though my family found the fish n chips and pasta average.

Food tasted way below average, and those that are supposed to be served hot were not even warm. Portion has shrunk significantly.

We ordered the family meal. Chicken was flavourful. I love their corn muffins! I think it's good value. Unfortunately, they were short-handed. The drinks arrived half way through the meal. The plates for sharing were really small. Pls see below.

Not too bad I would say had ordered the chicken with a side of alio olio which was quite flavourful except the chicken inside although the steak was really quite horrible and really quite though staff were quite alright overall

Came here because everywhere else was pretty crowded at the time, this place looked really quiet in comparison, and now I see why it was so empty. The food was okay at best, but overall terrible considering I paid some money for it. Neither me nor my friend finished any of our food, and this doesn’t usually happen. As a fun little topper to all this, I’ve been struck with food poisoning since eating here.
