Fancy redeeming your airmiles for the most delicious Cream Puffs? Without exaggeration, this very fresh (only because they were out of stock the day before) cream puff, made of choux pastry and filled with the smoothest but firm consistency custard is excellent and worth the airmiles! I noticed some reviews of the major branches were pretty poor, in terms of customer race relations. Well, then you must patronise the Clementi Mall one because a Muslim lady serving me had the patience of an angel. She had not only set aside my order to be picked up @10:00, I had so much problems completing the transaction due to IT problems. (QR scanners, connecting with the Mall Wi-Fi, airline miles club...). It took me nearly an hour before I could walk away with my prize puffs! It was heaven!

The lady manning the shop on Sunday was quite rude. It's obvious that there was a line consisting of 4 people and she chose to ignore it until an auntie cut the queue and called for her. After serving 1, she continues doing her paperwork? Excuse me are you short sighted? People are queuing and she's blatantly ignoring customers. Then when it came to my turn she just reluctantly replied with her back facing the counter while she was doing paperwork again. Can't you at least serve first then do your paperwork? It was great when the Malay makcik was manning the shop previously. Would probably not patronize the Clementi outlet again. Most probably why there's so many cakes left in this outlet compared to JP and JE, she probably chased off most customers away.

Almost every week I buy puff/pie there and my favourite one is chicken pie and tuna puff... now got promotion buy 3 puff for only $6 last Sunday i buy 12 puff for everyone breakfast..

sugar roll price now is $1.9, I bought it since it was $0.6, nothing changed to the sugar roll. although everything is going up but this is going to kill your customers and your business.

Basically a takeaway kiosk in the basement of Clementi Mall. Baked goods are neatly displayed in the chiller. Interesting to note that butter didn't feature as a key ingredient in their chocolate flavour Swiss roll. Nonetheless, it is soft and tasty.
