Mediocre food. Horrendous service from staff. I was excited to try the vegetarian burrito bowl but to my dismay it was not that good. The staff over here just smashed the vegetables and drizzled very little sauce on my burrito bowl. What is even worst is that they were incredibly rude and there was no professionalism. I really am not going back here. I wasted 7 dollars on this burrito bowl.

Always serve with satisfaction, 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼 Raymund is beyond friendly and attentive. No wonder Shan, Sonnet , Tharuja and Nani also have the same vibes. One filipina auntie (forgot her name) is also very friendly. Thank you for serving us not only with good and quality food but also with compassion, more power to Raymund’s team👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Very popular salad shop with reasonable pricing despite recent increases (*cough inflation*). There's usually quite a queue especially coming towards meal hours and some ingredients get sold out pretty fast. Amount of greens and other ingredients are not so standard and dependent on the duty staff but they do weigh the final amount to ensure your salad is right up to what is stated. Feel free to inform staff about what you prefer less/more of. I did notice the sauces/dressing seems to always be minimal for some reason but that's OK with me. Staff are attentive and tries to help move the queue expediently. There is no seating to dine in here but you can look for seats around the area.

THEY GAVE MY SALAD BOWL WITHOUT CHICKEN!!! Staff was hiding behind the pillar and didnt want to serve until I called out and ask if I could order. After adding in the ingredients, staff was waiting for the chicken to be cut. And I walked to the cashier to prepare for payment. Got my food all the way back to work and realise there was NO CHICKEN ADDED! What was the wait for? Horrible service and I paid $8.60 for veggies! There were no other customers and 12.06pm, check the CCTV for proof!

i went there to get lunch for 2 consecutive days. both times i ordered the same thing, beef daily bowl, and both times i was charged $9.10 even though the quantity on both days was different! i am a frequent customer of stuff’d and the daily bowls used to be filled to the brim. however, now its only half filled for the same price! so disappointing.

Staff are approachable and friendly. thank you for the good service! Food is good and has vegan choices too! They have impossible meat and have veggie meals and burritos.

The male staff putting the sauce was only willing to put a minute amount on the side of the bowl, even after my mum asked for it to be put across the ingredients. He gave a black face and stingily refused to put the sauce anywhere but the side. This has been consistent for the past 3 times we went to the stuffd outlet at Jem.

I have been going to Causeway Point, CCK and SunPlaza at least twice a week for the past two months to buy Stuff'd chicken Kebab. My first purchase from Jem is this one. I was surprised as there weren’t a queue. It was disappointing! The kebab is generally not spicy enough for me, so I always order it with 2x spicy habanero and eat it with more tabasco sauce from home. Today, it tastes strange and really hot. Tears rolled down from my eyes with a few bites without additional Tabasco. The chicken lacks the flavor of grilling, colour and is flavorless. I ended discarding it. Although CCK is the most convenient for me, I usually made additional stop to get to Causeway Point. The Stuff’d kebab served at Causeway Point is the best - delicious! Thumbs up! The chicken was cooked to perfection and had a delicious, grilled flavor. By the time I got home, the kebab wasn't too soggy because the vegetables weren't overly wet. It's a generous serving! Among these branches, the Causeway Point queue is also the longest.

Went to Stuff’d @ Jem this morning at 11.17 am this morning. Service staff there said it was not opened/ready (website says 10.30 am opens) citing that not all the staff had arrived. This is NOT the first time I’m hearing such excuses. Wasted my time going there. Will take my business elsewhere.

I think as most reviews mentioned, there’s a staff here with really bad attitude as if I owe her a living. When choosing my ingredients for the daily bowl, she gave the irritated face and even rolled eyes when she had to go to the other side to take the ingredient (maybe it’s my fault for telling her no ingredient I will choose from the initial side), but I thought it was quite rude. The serving of this truffle potato salad is a little pathetic in my opinion. The other staff at the cashier was however very friendly.

I’m here like every other day. The staff are VERY nice the food is consistent and good. I can’t recommend this branch enough Very thankful for their help with my requests The people saying that the staff are rude need to take a step back and realise that they are people too and may have issue at home don’t take it personally and enjoy the food. Much thanks, tall guy with tattoos and piercings and curly hair :)
