Most of the ingredients are missing, pizza undercooked, we asked for it to cook longer, denied our request and said they will made a smalle pizza instead. The staffs here took very long to serve us. Atmosphere is a bit lively.

Pizza hut being pizza hut. Nice when eating in. Crust have a crispy touch to it. The kids meal is a generous portion! Very worth it! With chicken chunks n mushrooms. The qr menu is however Not very user friendly. Queries to the staff were answered accordingly. The only friendly staff that assist w sincere tone is the male staff on duty. About the app Do sign in w an account to enjoy the reward. I gotten 4 honey wings. 😊 Rewards available only during check out of order. To get free kids meal, will need to make payment at counter instead of in app.

The server had us standing outside shop for more than 15 minutes until we asked to be seated and served at a table- which was replied to rudely and we were forced to buy more food to sit at the table. Also make note this place abides to families, I was with a woman of elder age and she made us wait outside.

Too many inexperienced young workers here . Too much playing . Order get ready at a very long time . If its is crowded I understand. Only have 1 family of 3 dine in . Im taking away/ delivery took forever . Manager playing with phone . No sense of urgency at all . Staff talks too much unnecessarily . The boss really need to come down and check . This in unacceptable

I placed an order at 7.52 pm through the app. The order was delivered from this outlet, and it only arrived at 8.47 pm. A pizza was missing from my order. After I called the hotline to report that the pizza was missing from my order, I had to wait more than an hour for the pizza to arrive. The missing pizza finally arrived at 10 pm, and it was already cold and wet and soggy. Clearly, it had been left lying around for more than 2 hours because the staff forgot to pack it with my order. No apology or explanation was given to me. It is unacceptable to make the customer wait for more than 2 hours only to receive a cold and wet pizza. .

Bad service. So sloppy and unenthusiastic. The lady was horrible she was slapping our plates. I really hated the way I was treated and it made me feel horrible. The pizza was not AT ALL crispy and was quite bland to be honest. I really disliked it

I’d give 0 starts if I could. So apparently I waited outside of the restaurant and no one came to bring me to the seat. > Obviously I followed the instructions because there’s a sign which say “please wait to be seated.” The key thing is that the restaurant is empty and the staff ain’t even busy. I was just simply ignored. Mind u, I paid for the service charge and this is the service attitude. Fine. I waited close to 30min for my food. Let me re-emphasize this again. THE RESTAURANT IS CLOSE TO EMPTY. I asked them then they immediately brought my food out. Could tell that it was in the kitchen lying for awhile because it isn’t hot. Disappointing.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. As a service staff myself, I'm appalled that Pizza Hut BPP has no standard. The service crew @ BPP Pizza Hut needs training. No initiative. Does not greet or thank customers. Appetisers were served after the main course, this was only after it was asked for. Pizza served on a pan, with no cutleries or plates served. Not attentive despite it not being busy. Very slow, seems like only 1 staff is doing their job. Poor food quality too, meatball alfredo with cheese (I don't quite remember the name) tasted like it was passed its expiry date. I'd never come back again. No wonder it is always empty these days.

Did an advance order of 2 large pizzas for takeaway. Hapy with the fact that I could do advance order and the pizzas were ready when I arrived at the stipulated time. The chicken satay pizza is pretty good and my friends recommend it. We also ordered the Hawaiian pizza. Tip - you can ask them to change from pan pizza to "light and airy" so that it won't be so filling. Also, pizza hut has a 50% off promo for takeaway pizzas (except on PH).

NOT RECOMMENDED TO COME HERE. The moment me and my friend entered the restaurant and sat down, the plates and utensils laid out in front of us were cleaned poorly and still had food from previous meals on them. The staff also took 25-30mins to serve me and my friend when we were the only people there. When the staff served our drinks ( we ordered coke and sprite) The drinks tasted weird and had no gas.

Pros: Pizza was tasty. The restaurant was open without many people around. The food came quickly and the staff was friendly. I thought it was a child friendly environment. Cons: Food that was not Pizza wasn't great (fried items are mostly breading, lasagna is bathing in cheese). Super low value to cost ratio (meal for 3 was $90). Drinks are smaller than a can of soda but cost more than a 2 liter (no refills either). Some strange service quirks (the specific pizza crust ordered wasn't delivered...instead of checking the pizza was made first then asked if this was okay at the table. A diet and non-diet drink were ordered, when asked which one was which....just try lah 😂) Overall: Great for fast, tasty pizza, not so great for anything else. 2.5 stars that'll we round up to 3.

Let's have pizza for Xmas dinner! Not wanting to travel far and so I thought, a decent pizza joint will be the good old Pizza Hut. We decided to head to this outlet to patronize. As my husband and I stood at the entrance waiting to be ushered to our table, no staff "noticed" our presence. From what I saw, a staff was at cash register machine, another staff was on the order screen inside and another was standing around looking into take away orders. Inside - no customers at all! We showed ourselves to the table, followed instructions listed and ordered our food - scan to order and key in code. We had a few questions to ask before we place our orders - out of stock for mushroom soup and just left with soup of day. No one told us what was soup of the day? Are we suppose to know ourselves? This should have done at the start when a staff receives customers/patrons at the entrance and inform them. I had to ask the server for soup of the day. Robotically, she told me creamy soup. Okay... creamy soup.. what kind of creamy soup? Chicken creamy soup I was informed. Next, Huts Platter to order but saw that ala carte calamari was sold out then in the platter, what will be replaced for us? Again the same server was approached and she told me to wait while she checked. She returned, and said that just more popcorn chicken. Ended up we ordered: 1. Christmas Platter - which there's no description on the menu to indicate what's in the platter. Not wanting to call upon the server again, we just went ahead with it - chicken wings, chicken nuggets, pop corn chicken and waffle hashbrowns 2. Hawaian Regular Pizza with regular crust. - the bite is not a bitey as before - taste was alright Our food came, and my hubby asked for chilli sauce. Served us was the branch's Assistant Supervisor. Casually, he asked, is your outlet shortage of staff? She replied "oh no Sir, there's a big order of 180 and they are scrambling to prepare." She was quick witted to sense something was amiss and quickly offered to serve us water. Haven't dine at Pizza Hut for awhile so I'm unsure if water is still being served or is upon order that is chargeable. If its still free, then again, shouldn't be when your customers/patrons are seated, right up should be water? Shortly came our water that she offered and complimentary soup(overly salty and not sure if there's msg) each. It is definitely a nice gesture and as a branch Assistant Supervisor, she sure knows what to do to appease her customers. However, from I see its the deployment of staff and assigning them their roles clearly to get the work going and yet functioning the outlet. It was just a table with 2 of us in the whole place and yet if all staff are engaged with the big order, then I would suggest, time to relook into this! The branch wasn't shortage of staff at all. At one point, I saw 6 front staff outside packing orders. They sure need to work on: 1. Service of staff 2. Personality to have (even if its a front) when serving 3. Deployment of staff and the assigning of roles

Food was so-so nothing amazing. Compare to the old pizza hut standards has been worst than before. Hygiene was really bad, i saw a baby crokcoach climbing into the signage and service staff were very unprofessional with their service. Playing with phones, didn't want to explain more on the questions asked. I know now you are using self ordering and payment application but not everyone is familiar with the webpage you are using. Please do something to your service standards if your food sucks at least have some good service.

Today I order 7 cheesy pizza, but it came with no cheese and just tomato pizza. The dough was black due to burn. The chicken wing was cold, bloody, and pink. Waited an hour for food and paid 20+ dollars for this disgusting quality. I wish you a blessed, fruitful, eventful, peaceful, wonderful, delicious, hopeful day ahead.

So they had a free personal pan hawaiian pizza on 29 Feb for new members, and starts at 2pm. At 2.09pm, they already sold out (on a Thursday afternoon). Not sure if it is just a promotional tactic.
