I was really surprised with the food here. Coz few times I buy fast food from other brands around 4-5pm the fried chicken will be damn cold and not crunchy hot at all. But Jollibee at bedok mall really surprised me. The fried chicken is juicy, crunchy and hot when served. The staffs are all polite. The surroundings and table everything is clean too. Will visit again to this outlet when I go to bedok next time!

Not sure what's up with the other bad reviews. Ordered delivery via foodpanda and enjoyed our food! We got the 8 piece bucket and tried the spaghetti as well. The delivery was fast and food came within 20 mins. The spicy chicken is really good! Much better than the original (even though for KFC I prefer original more than spicy). First time trying Jollibee but I would eat again! The gravy is interesting and we had mixed reviews among us. I personally liked it but 1 of my friend found it weird. Can't comment on service or atmosphere as we ordered delivery. But nothing was missing from the order and packaging was good as well.

Ordered a takeaway which includes a 3pc with 2 sides. Upon reaching home discovered only given 1 mashed potato instead of 2. The sauce for the chicken is also missing. Tried calling up the branch but no one answers the call even after 3 tries.

Newly opened. Enough seatings but may be difficult to find on a weekend afternoon or weekday night. Standard jollibee fare. We had the spaghetti and Nasi Lemak set today. Ratings as follows. Nasi lemak - 3/5 Spaghetti- 4/5 Saving grace for the nasi lemak was the jollibee chicken which was juicy inside with crunchy skin.

Place is okay and welcoming. Food is awesome and cooked to perfection. Need to wait a bit in lunchtime, that's fine for me. Environment is cosy and comfortable enough for Tuesday lunchtime.

I like Jollibee but my first experience at Bedok Mall outlet is extremely disappointing. I placed my order at 1320pm as you can see on the receipt/image. I waited till around 1342， I noticed my food seems to be ready at the collection counter, even though my number wasn't called. I walked over to check. the staff told me i have to wait an other 20mins, wt….the fast food waiting time even longer then the restaurant？！unbelievable！！！ One thing for sure is that I will never patronise this outlet in future.
