Safety flaw involving queuepost and signboard at STUFF'D AMK HUB Hi, Stuff'd AMK Hub and patrons, please read this carefully. At around 08:48-08:52 PM on Tuesday, 25 May 2023, me and my father visted the shop. Waiting to order, I looked around. Seeing the 'Please queue here' sign above the queuepole not really facing the customers, I decided to adjust it so it would. I am someone who loves helping others. Just with a slight push, the whole signboard, which was thick, heavy and sharp, fell to the ground, hitting a woman's shoes. It hit the ground with a loud sound. Upon inspection, I saw that the base on the queuepost, which was in contact with the signboard, was quite rusty and sharp. No wonder it had just came off with a slight push. Luckily, there was no kid or baby around there when it fell. It could have been quite bad as the signboard fell quite fast and its corners was quite sharp. I also saw that the other queuepost also had no signboard, and its base was rusty, so someone probably broke it too. It was just my luck that this happened to me. Imagine if it was some young kid. I am thankful that this happened and I had spotted this safety flaw; thus preventing any serious incidents. Plus, the staff were understanding, just taking down my number in case need to pay. To STUFF'D: It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to inspect all queueposts and signboards' bases for rust or possible failure AT ALL STORES. This may happen at any store, anyone, and anytime. Hopefully, nothing like this will happen to anyone, especially young children. Thanks for your understanding However, food is good, delicious and highly recommended! :)

Fairly long queues during peak times but good team work by staff. Thanks Hakim and his fellow colleagues for serving up good food and quick service. Could feel the heat coming from the huge kebab burner just behind the cashier but Hakim was able to handle that constant heat from the burner and hungry customers with his cool and calm demeanor.

First time at AMK outlet on 17 May 23 and ordered (Late Lunch) Chicken Burito Bowl. The team that served me were Kim, Zubaidah & Rica). For the topping selection, I chose whipped potato, corn and just want rice (my favourite) in lieu of the remaining toppings, they offered a generous amount of rice that almost overflow the box. Overall they were polite and provide a great customer service that I feel I should pen a deserving review to encourage them to keep up the good work.

It is an extremely good place to eat while dieting and while on a cut. The staff here are very kind. A few months ago when I was coming from school, and I didn’t have enough money. One of the staff members in stuff’d paid for my meal with their own money. I really appreciated that. The staff members Sruthi, Halim and Ridho are always very kind and nice to all the customers.

Very disappointed with the service here. Not only did the staff skipped our order and served the next customer, she also insisted that the sauces I picked were correct when I saw that it was obviously wrong. Although the staff did her due diligence and fulfilled my friend's order again, somehow felt it was perhaps too troublesome to do mine. I requested for spicy habenero & yuzu sesame - but upon eating, there was only one sauce on my daily bowl. The sauce was wasabi mayo. Thank you.
