Very helpful staff, and over friendly staff (where I need more personal space) hahah maybe just me. Beside that all good. Didn't enjoy the porridge. Preferred hawker $1 or $2 old folk porridge. It is bland, thick (taste gluey) The riser (bun) is alright. Average bun. Oh the hash browns is good. But personal preference, preferred M'd breakfast Hahhaha

Really miss their melts, used to be my go to meal in the past until the phase it out. I believe something similar would be the pocket meal. Ate their zinger burger instead, and it's nice as usual. Love their cheese fries somehow the best cheese fries amongst the fast food chains.

Outlet situated in the basement of Lot One shopping mall. With the covid-19 situation the outlet sits approximately 30 pax. It is not exactly the nicest place to have kfc at the moment due to the layout and how they design crowd circulation (people will be walking and standing in close vicinity to your table).

Was on the mrt on the way back from work and placed an order for their $5 rice bowl meal through the website at 7.05pm. I arrived at 7.25pm to see that all the tables and seats at the front were filled with people waiting for their orders. They all look super sian and I knew things were bad. My order was still not ready. I waited till 7.40pm, went to the counter (where quite a few people were gathered too) to ask about my order. Immediately, one of the servers said to her colleague, the supervisor "this is the rice bowl order, tell her we are out of rice". The supervisor came with my slip and told me they were out of rice. I asked why they did not notify me in advance and had me wait for so long, to only inform me after I asked. The supervisor replied that they had many orders and could not afford to check each one. (So somehow the colleague knew and chose to keep it as a little naughty secret is it??) She offered to replace my order with a burger of my choosing, either the $6.20 meal or $5 meal. As there was a line of readied burgers on the food serving counter, I asked which burger would be the fastest. I was very tired from work and from waiting. Too hungry to wait even longer at this point. She said she would have to place the order first. So I asked again, but which burger (and I pointed at the readied burgers) would I be able to get first? She raised her voice and repeated impatiently "I have to place the order first and see how long it takes. So do you want the burger or not." Note: At this point, she has yet to apologise to me. I did not want to wait for a burger which might take forever. I saw an out which the other poor souls were not able to have, and I asked for a refund. The supervisor handed me a $5 note from the cash register without a word. (Yup still no apology). I know being a F&B staff is tough, especially during peak hours. I worked as a F&B staff before and have dealt with my share of rude, unreasonable and entitled people. This experience has really scarred me though, and I will never order from this branch during peak hours again because the manpower is obviously not sufficient and not well trained to handle the barage of customers they face on a daily basis. If they are not able to, why are they still taking in online orders and grab orders? Nope, never again for me.

Worse KFC service at it's best. One out of four self service kiosk is not working. its ok i just wait for the only kiosk since there's a CLOSED sign at the counter. Waited 12-15mins for the couple infront making their orders.. and F! Its ok i went to the counter to queue since I saw the cashier already attended two customers.. when its my turn, the cashier shouted CASH PAYMENT ONLY to everyone in the queue !!! I wasted more than 20mins at a FAST FOOD restaurants for NOTHING !!! but a very distasteful experience!

Bro I swear the “ usual “ workers at this place is so slow and there’s this one Indian worker and auntie which prioritised the orders in the restaurant. I understand that they may have had several long hours working in the restaurant but should one original curry rice BOWL take 20 mins? Or even longer. Seriously unacceptable, please get more workers. They only sped up the working when there was this Chinese worker that came to step in.

Always crowded . Make sure you check with counter staff if order thru the app as it may not reflect on the screen. Food was good

I think recently their crispy chicken quality has gotten better. Cheese bakwa fries were good. Best when you get their freshly fried chicken. Hot and crispy. Visited at 9pm and they ran out of coleslaw :( I still dont like the mashed potato, tastes very artificial. Some of their tables are wobbly, management should look into them. They set up kiosks to help with the queue. There's a guy cashier who deliberately walked away when it was my turn at the cashier instead of taking my order. 😠 The kiosk and mobile app doesnt update accurately when coleslaw is sold out and I had to queue at the cashier to ask them directly.

Picked up an order but when I got home, realised that I was missing my 5 pcs tenders. So glad to have connected with Alex, he was very kind and helpful and they are sending it now! Amazing service!! Love it!
