- Weekday Breakfast Promotion will change at any time - My go to breakfast now and seems CBTL know what to have during their breakfast promotion. Tried out at this outlet with their BBQ Chicken Sandwich with hot/cold oatmilk latte. For those who want to have oatmilk inside their latte, it’s nice to have especially when it’s hot. For the food, it’s a standard affair of whether is nice or not. But on that day visited, was very good. Ambience is great and with socially distance seated area. However, entering needed to be at the mall entrance.

Nice cosy place in the neighbourhood. Most importantly is that its 24 hours. Standard quality of coffee and specialty tea from them.

Great aroma coffee pastries and atmosphere with spacious relaxing holiday mode lounge. Quiet location conveniently located next to Bukit MRT station and bus interchange in neighborhood heartland mall West Mall with great views supermarket cinemas dinning shopping banking entertainment and amenities. Freshly prepared healthy ingredients with tender loving caring skillful baking and professional warm services. free wifi. Friendly fast attentive cosy comfy welcoming ambience for romantic intimates groups students tourists Expats locals visitors and families.

Place was renovated and feels more spacious nowadays. It is one of the only few CBTL that operates 24hrs. Service crews were polite and accomodating. Service was fast. Seatings are all indoor (airconditioned) now due to covid, used to have outdoor tables. Food options are available on major delivery platforms.

First time dining in. Aircon was down today. Had my favourite Chai Latte. The plates of food looked empty for the price. Would be good if the meals come with some salad at the side.

$5.60 Sm Americano, nice spacious location, however no AC, the outlet is using fan. If you like hot and humid, this is acceptable

Today, We went there around 4:30 and ordered a drink.We wanted a seat near the power socket but the seats were full so we first sat on the wherever available seat. Then after 15 mins, we got a seat near the socket so we moved there. Not long enough, one of the staffs(a tall thin young, short-haired guy with black glasses)went over to us and said they need seats for other customers and they have dining limit for an hour while it’s not even an hour yet! And there are many ppl who came before us and he didn’t tell’em anything. He only came straight to our table and only told us. We showed him our receipt which still have about 27 minutes left for the dining limit. And he js told us to leave after an hour. Like he didn’t even apologise for telling us to leave without checking the receipt. And it’s not like he is telling to other tables. He only came to our table. So rude.Won’t go again.

Undergone many reju but still cosy. A great place to chill. Do try the new egg, sweetcorn, ham, hashbrown meal.

Newly renovated. Haven't got the chance to sit and enjoy my cup of coffee recently. Managed to get a takeaway & take in the new layout. Much different from the ambience of past. First time I stepped into Coffee Bean Westmall, it was back in 2007 on the request of a classmate to guide him with revision for our ITE exams. Clueless on what to order then. Not so clueless now. Got hooked to Ice Blended Mocha and its variants and the desserts. Now, mostly sticking to Iced Mocha Latte and the seasonal Mint version. Always enjoyed the ambience. Very chill. Definitely a better environment than the greenish alternative 😅

I encountered a disappointing experience with the baristas, who showed a very negative attitude. Despite ordering a breakfast set from their current promotion, their unpleasant demeanor negatively affected the overall experience early in the morning. It's important for them to understand the true essence of customer service.

Very unpleasant customer service. Both the staff wearing in black shirt and the other staff. They are very impatient and also talking to the customers like you owe them money. Bad attitude. The only thing good about this store is the interior decoration after the renovation!

My 250 points expiry is on 31st March 2024.Coffee Beans disable my membership " Coffee Beans App". 5 days ago they send me email, but disappointed I receive no response from their customer service when I wrote to them.
