Situated in a picturesque location in Telok Blangah, this restaurant offers a wide variety of food items ranging from Chana Bhatura to Butter Chicken. The taste and overall service was good.

Sakunthalas at Safra Mt.Faber is one good place to try Indian cuisine. Prices are reasonable and food is yummy. Portions are generous. Staff is attentive but when busy you have to wait a little (which is fine by us)

Ordered the butter chicken naan set and ginger teh less sweet for dinner. Ginger teh has no ginger taste. Returned the drink. Instead of making a fresh cup, I believe they top up some “ginger”. Taste did not improve. The curry for butter chicken was hot (temp wise) but the chicken tasted cold and not fresh. Service staff was ok but they seem to prioritize take out orders over customers dining in. Hence there was a bit of wait for my food to be served.

Wish can give a Zero star, kudos to the whole team for giving a bad experience at SAFRA outlet and its not a first time im visiting this outlet but this time for sure the management need to do something with their team.I've have always been to the one in little India outlet which located at kerbau road for years "YEARSSS" never ever get served spoiled sourish food and oily fish like in this outlet before TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED . The staff take initiative to asked the food beside my table which is "white people" and dont bother to asking me why i didn't finish the food, POOR SERVICE with DOUBLE STANDARD!!!!

I don't allowed to cook in my room so I have to pick outside foods and fortunately Sakunthala Hotel is nearby and walk daily 1km without hesitate to cheer up the home feel . It was a wonderful and tasty experience at Sakunthala, Mount faber . Worth a money . Moreover the place is very clean and hygienic . Best part is people working here are very friendly and importance to "customers first" attitude . People working here is very skilled specifically Bharath and few other guys presenting tastes like star hotel . " Thanks to Sakunthala .You own the best people but we own the Healthy Home made Food from you '

Generous portions and very reasonable prices esp their sets meals. Delicious too! There's a whole lot of variety of Indian breads and all yummy. Fast service too.

Been awhile since we came to this Sakunthala and noticed the price increased significantly. We always like the Naan meal that is served with Masala Chicken (can choose) and also the Butter Chicken is good too. Portion is quite generous. Something to improve: seats arrangement. The space inbetween seats are very tight, especially for the 2 tables nearest to the entrance.

Great food, just a bit overpriced. Chicken biryani is so satisfying and has a very big portion. Still, I rather commute to Little India where I can feast more for much cheaper. Careful the outside seats, may get mosquitoes sometimes.

The food is good, I do recommend ordering the bread meal, naan with butter chicken. The butter chicken is recommended, very rich in flavour, compliments well with the naan ordered. Their lassi is quite sour, so order with sweet option, it really compliments the sourness, and provides a refreshing drink overall The air-con environment is quite small, there tend to be more outdoor seats, so do come early before peak periods.

Venturing birthday celebration inside Sakunthala Mountain Faber with eye catching serene greenery. Friendly staff were there to entice diners. Food such as fish head curry, palak paneer, chicken bryani, Manchurian Gobi filled with all spiciness. Quite chill place for big setting serving. Like the masala tea just fit for true key amount. All are served with glittering glazed banana leaves.
