I agree about the hotline. Tried to call a number of times. Each time waited for 15 mins but did not wait any longer. Ordered online but when keyed in the postal district, automatically showed 2A instead of 2H. What’s worst was that I could not change the wrong letter. The reason why I called. I decided to go down directly to tell them. Google address was wrong. It was not 01-15. Found Prima Deli which was wrong. Found KFC and was told to go another location. How can the address in Google be wrong? With their plans to go online totally in Feb 2022, I am not sure will there be more dissatisfied customers 🤔🤔🤔

Cockroaches everywhere. No one at counter. Very smelly place. No idea how they are even operating in such a condition.

Worst experience ever. We ordered our dinner at 10.37pm and system stated the estimated delivery should be 11.07pm. We are yet to receive our order now at 12.07am. We called the agent for help, he said the restaurant never receive my order but my credit card was charged and confirmation email was sent. He then assist us to call another restaurant for help but we will need to wait for 86 mins again for our food. What a joke😮💨

I placed an order at 10.40pm on 1 May with the estimated delivery time 11.40pm. I was unable to track the order on the app and so I called the general hotline at 11.44pm. The agent, Peter, answered the call at 11.50pm and told me he would contact the outlet - Tampines Mart, that was assigned to my order and then call me back in awhile. I waited almost 20mins before I called again at 12.08am, 2 May as I did not receive any calls from him. The same agent answered and said it's shown as delivered on the system. It showed as 'in process' on my app.. He then said he will check with the outlet - What was he doing for that 20mins? This time he didn't end the call and put me on hold. After awhile, he said he couldn't reach the outlet - obviously, cause the outlet opens till 11pm - Why does he not know this? Why did the crew at that outlet left without completing that order? Did they left before the closing time? If I didn't call would I only have received my order when the outlet opens? Peter then said he will send the order to another outlet and it'll take about another 30-45mins for the pizzas to arrive. It was already 12.13am at this point. Peter called me back at 12.20am and told me they will try their best to come in 30mins and that he'll refund 20% of my order. He also apologised. At 1.05am, it's been 45mins. No sign of pizza still. I called the same hotline again and Peter answered and checked on the order. He said it's with the rider and should arrive shortly. 1.15am - I finally received my pizzas. Why promise me 30-45mins when it needed an hour? At this point, my family members have already gone to bed hungry. It was our late dinner, which now becomes our breakfast when we wake up.. Why would I order pizza just to keep it and eat it reheated in the morning? While waiting for Peter to pick up the calls, the automated message kept repeating faster and easier way to order pizza using the app. I used the app. It took almost 3hours for me to get my pizzas. I think our time is worth more than that 20% refund. Such a disappointment. How can you accept and assign orders to an outlet and not complete it? What if I called at a later time and none of your outlets are open? Would I not have gotten my pizzas? Please give me a response on this issue.

Deserves all the previous reviews! Stupid app picks up this location by default so have to order frm here. Now the app does nt even allow to track the order. Order delayed by 45mins and delivery guy (who had left an hour ago with my order) says u can call my manager 😐
