Worst order received by Paya Lebar Square branch. Ordered 2 sets of 2-pc meal, original chicken, they gave us 1 set only and its chilli spicy. So disappointing coz it was a long queue and the crew rushed the preparation. Pls refund me on this order.

The manager and staff saw me at the counter for 5mins n no body bother to take my orders!!!! Poor service indeed. I try to caught there attention and no body care!?? Poor service manager is rude, cashier is rude n just take her own sweet time even the Q is long! Is it costumer problem if u dun have enough staff? I saw them behind just chit chatting 😒😒

since when Potatoes Fries become Potatoes Crisps. Look like Jollibee cutting cost and standard start to drop. 😩🤷🏻♂️…. sad life … let hope the chicken standard is maintain.

One has to know that their fried chicken in top notch. Unfortunately, one shouldn't always have deep fried food but we do get a bucket once in a while (every 2 or so weeks). There's not much seats available for the weekend crowd , but is sufficient for weeknights. How I wish they had the same menu with Lucky Plaza.

Food was delicious however I find it a little salty. We dine in and the place has limited seats however I managed to get seats fairly quickly. I prefer Jollibee fried chicken than KFC as it taste better and the meat is more tender. I tried the pineapple juice which is not tasty. Wouldn't order it again. Overall still a nice place to have a quick meal.

I bought chicken tenders with rice today and found out the rice was half-cooked. I love Jollibee but having to wait for a long time for an order at 3pm for my late lunch with food that did not meet the usual expectation is just disappointing. :(

The sundae is just half cup and it'selting already . And I ask the crew if this is the standard and she said Yes .🥴poor service . .I worked in Jollibee also that's why I know what is the standard portion of Sundae 😄

Terrible ! Chicken is bloody! Service was lack luster and when I asked to change the chicken part they mentioned that it’s not wrong or bloody. Horrible ! Eat at your own risk !

Poor service!!!! We booked a week advance order for them to prepare the 190pcs of burgers/chicken. We are expecting them to deliver it on time but turned out almost 2hrs late. It is supposed to be a happy gathering but it was ruined because of POOR delivery time and just went home without filling in their stomach. Very very disappointed!!!!

Loyal supporter at Jollibee’s other branches. First time coming back to Paya Lebar outlet since Covid period and was totally disappointed with what I got. Ordered a two piece meal for takeaway. While one piece was quite good, the other piece looked dubious, as if it was some left over half eaten piece of chicken. What’s with the tiny piece of bony fried meat that left me wondering which part of the chicken it was. Don’t they even QC their chicken parts before serving to customers? Hope that they can at least have more pride in their work and respect for customers.

The food is a one of a kind good, the menu also has a wide variety of food from burgers, to spaghetti and even more! The service was also too good to be true, the good was served in a flash and they were also very kind to their customers. The atmosphere was also very peaceful. All in all the experience was one of the best i have ever experienced.

I’ve always wanted to try its chicken since it’s opening here. Not sure about other outlets, but this outlet’s chicken is ok. Frankly speaking, the Size of the chicken is medium, and that didn’t surprise me. I like the pineapple juice, is really refreshing. Service was ok, the staffs are quite enthusiastic in serving. Not so crowded here if compared to a few other outlets that I passed by b4.

Second time eating Jollibee after having a great first experience at another branch. Feel like the original chicken in this branch isn't as delicious. Also tried the Fiesta noodles for the first time and thought it tasted rather bland and soggy, but maybe its my own personal taste

Need to pay cash or favepay at the counter instead. Service: no stars as self-service. Counter doesn’t accept payment by card except MEPS. Kiosk doesn’t accept FavePay. After long Q and ordered via kiosk, still had to Q up again at the counter to use FavePay (for cashback). Environment: Always cramped up at the front door / ordering area. Comfy if u sit at the next area Food: chicken piece is so small that big appetite eater better order more pieces

I ordered take away 1set of TREND #2 and 2 Set of 2pc chicken with jollibee spaghetti. I realized that my order has missing item when I'm already in train. Is it possible that I can refund the other order that you didn't give? Please check properly next time all the orders even the quantity. I stay so far and it came out that my order got missing item. I always order here for take away but this time im not satisfied cause my order is incomplete. Hope you do an action for this.

My first time trying Jollibee, i came in the morning and order via monitor but pay in cashier, i ordered spicy chicken with mashed potato, after we paid, the staff will gave the bill payment and if our order ready, we need to took it by ourselves. The restarurant not really crowded in morning. The taste really really delicious, it will be my favorite fast food when i came to SG. The chicken even spicy, it wasnt spicy at all, the potato really soft, and i love their sauce. Love it.

My friend wanted to have a Jollibee chicken and we decided to look for this Jollibee at PLQ. Place was not packed but was a little crowded. I like the kiosk where you can pay using your card. Food wise, taste amazing, however the spicy chicken size is smaller than the original chicken. Nevertheless, a nice fast food restaurant for you to try.
