Everytime I walk past a famous amos outlet, the sweet toasty scent of freshly baked cookies wafts up my nose and really ignites my senses. I rarely know anybody who can resist the magical smell of these delicious little treats! Famous amos cookies are something I would buy to treat myself after overcoming an examination or something of that sort. It has that kind of comforting or rewarding effect on me every time I eat it. Thus although I know it is much more expensive than regular cookies, I am totally willing to pay that price for the feeling of a reward. Also, for 100g you get about 7 or 8 cookies and the small amount makes it seem even more special and I savour every single one. Even though the amount is so little, I am still willing to share with my friends as well because it tastes so good I have to let them try it too. The cookies have a very unique sandy texture, yet it does not crumble down easily. You still get the satisfaction of the crunch, yet it also easily melts in your mouth. It is not a taste that is easily described and the best way to understand is to try it yourself! My favourite is always the Double Chocolate Chip & Pecan, a definite must try for all cookie lovers!

Super rude service from two female staff for my purchase. Wanted to get my 400g pack mixed with two flavours, the was so impatient when i asked abt the price. Tge double chocolate chip needs additional charges cos higher price so she said get only 100g and the other flavour 300g..in the end she proceeded to pack 200g each and charged me additional cost on it... too crowded for me to ask for it tp be changed. Unpleasant experience. I paid 30cents for a nicer plastic bag and she even said so loudly if u want a nice box then should buy the gift boxes one!

Not in consistent with other outlets. The texture of the cookies is harder and thicker. It's not crumbly as how I would expect.

The cookies here are not as yummy as other stores. I asked the young girl how is it so since it's standard receipe and she replied in a rude manner that her way of making is different as other stores made theirs thin while she made hers thick.

Cookies are nice but they could really do something about the service attitude.

The cookie smells still gives away the store location. Crispy and addictive as always.

My wife went to Tampines mall and bought a pack of amos cookie. Due to our own issues, she has asked to split the pack into two packets. She even offered to pay for the Amos plastic bags. Due to unknown reasons, the malay staff angrily rejected the ask. She even challenged her to file a complaint to her company which is kind of weird and uncalled for. I am suspecting the staff might be discriminating against mainland Chinese whose English is limited. This happened with the 3 malay staff on 30 March at 311pm. They are serviced by Nur Aqilah Aina and 2 other more senior Malay staff. Please see the receipt details attached. With this bad experience, my Chinese in laws will be sharing this experience in WeiBo and Wechat so that their fellow mainland chinese tourists avoid the shop and will not face such abuse in the future.

My first time to try famous amos but never expected the staff to answer in a sarcastic way. Understood youre tired and hungry because fasting but no need to be rude. I only asked coz its my first time to try. I felt humiliated.😑

this place seems to be well known for bad service attitude. Was in the mall today and saw a few unhappy incidents already.

Feron has done a fantastic job of making the situation better and make us more comfortable visiting Amos Cookie again. ================= My wife went to Tampines mall and bought a pack of amos cookie.
