Came here for my once a year KFC adventure and I ordered some special stuff so you guys don’t have to. Went straight for the massive double cheesy zinger and it came out looking like a mc senget. They tried to wrap it with a piece of plastic to cover it up and there was even cheese on the outside which I didn’t understand how. The bun was hard and cold, the chicken was not crispy as well. The only saving grace was the portion size but obviously since I got the double. My friend got the single bbq zinger and the chicken patty was not even the same size as one piece of the double which is mind boggling. But bbq zinger taste wise didn’t get the thumb of approval. The cheesy and non cheesy fries were cold which was not good. Chicken was very oily (as usual) and made me feel sick after eating. Goodbye KFC I’ll see you again next year once I forget about this oily experience. Pro tip: macs next door is probably better.. but more crowded for good reason of course.

Overall good. There's a drive through and service in the restaurant was pretty quick despite it being peak time. Food was freshly fried. Only 4 stars because the general look and feel is run down, and there's only two ordering kiosks both of which just aren't as good as the rivals across the road

not bad, but serving time slow as usual. seems the branch has a lot of delivery and takeout orders. nice to have authentic taste of the whipped potato gravy though.

Never do drive in pickup food. They will literally give you fries that were probably cooked 5-6 hours before and burgers from one day ago I even took the effort to complain about this and the most horrid thing is that they dont care. No response at all to detailed complaint with bill number and pictures of bad quality food. Big disappointment. That stale burger bread can be detrimental to your stomach.

Used kfc app to order at 5pm. When i arrived at 4.58.pm. Food was already at the collection counter with the receipt stating 4.45pm. I asked the staff why the receipt states that and he mentioned is just because of the system and assured me the food was just served. The food was cold when I tried it. APR 29 2022

Give credits when it’s deserved Only the place is worth praising Staffs were quite rude and only 1 counter staff handling orders and if customers needs something. Not typical friendly in responding but maybe giving her the benefit of doubts, overworked The photos of the food speaks for itself Spicy dippers right? Fried to the point of …dry jerky!? Really even chewing take ages The zinger burger, liked a space craft? Presentation - negative rating Fries - equally fried till it’s so dry n hard. One of the worst food experience from KFC.

Very dirty and not hygienic feel. KFC, food remnants were on the table and/or bench/chair. There was even tissues left on one of the table The one cleaner was just sweeping across the table such that the remaining debries were either stayed on the table, the benches/chairs or floor. Please get your staff to do proper cleaning.

It's a KFC. Just like any other. Location is quite quiet and a bit slow which i like. They gave me an extra piece of chicken which i only discovered after having fingered them all. So there was no point in returning it.

Ordered coffee, it was piping hot and filled to the brim. Drink spilled when I tried to drink and it burned my fingers. Not sure if I should be happy that I'm getting my money's worth of coffee or not (full cup but with scalding risk🤨)

I’ve seen pigeons bigger than this. Look at the picture and judge for yourself. 5 pieces cannot even fill up half a box. I bought 5 piece chicken from the drive thru. The box felt very light and I was shocked at how small five pieces could be. I asked for an exchange. The person said everything is small. I asked to speak to manager to complain. The person said he is manager. I asked him why so small, he said it’s like that, and asked me if I wanted to buy another box. Some service recovery. Buyers beware.

I will not eat here anymore the place is very dirty,they don’t have much of customer why they cannot clean?I cannot say lack of staff because some of the staff just stand there only waiting for customer.the cleaner when he wipe the table he just drop on the floor,Have someone brief them or supervise them.or to maintain their shop to be clean..hope you will improve your restaurant.

Good tastes and price is not so expensive, have a so many seat and have a lot of parking. This place is clean and have a good service and not waiting so long time. Must try The fried chicken its so crispy and delicious , the eggtart also delicious .

Encounter more then 2 times for dine in and found that the meat is very dried and not juicy and tender anymore, I can understand for take away. Just want to eat fresh meat but in the end it’s the same as take away, wasted time for travelling down so far all this kind of experience.

Service Ordered a cheesy pockett, received a spicy pockett. Went to the counter to exchange... The first staff that gave me attention.. didn't speak at all.. when I was done, he gave me a look that was irritated and angry and just turned away without saying anything. The other staff (tag shows "trainee") was polite and asked me what do I need. So I told him. He turned around and called for a cheesy pockett. Food When I returned to my seat... Opened the pockett.. to my surprise, the wrap was so crispy it felt like eating potato chips.. not exaggerating. See photo for how it looks like when I crushed a small part of it with my thumb. Atmosphere The counter were shouting nonstop the receipt numbers. Totally destroys the whole dine-in experience.
