staff wasn’t very friendly and gave my green chilli instead of olives, i do not take spice well at all so i had to pick all the chilli out and even then i could still taste it

Chose GrabFood's self pickup option and was alerted that the food was ready. I gave myself a few more minutes before heading down the outlet to collect the food. Arrived at the location, two employees were chatting behind the counter and when approached requesting for my order pickup, one of them said "Still doing" when they were just about to start preparing my order. When there are ongoing orders, employees are expected to execute the orders promptly and adhere to the SLA set by the management. If it was a busy period, I could understand but there was no waiting customer except me.

Horrible service from the staff by charging me $6 for extra meat when I only asked for a little bit more and they did not even give me refund. The new staff are also really rude towards the customers. It is definitely the last time I go there to get my subway.

Just another local Subway. Staffs were efficient, good housekeeping and usual Subway sandwiches - fresh crispy greens and great breads. Closes too early though at 9pm. But weren't rushed out at all. Perhaps the mall as a whole should close at 10PM. Otherwise everyone suffers

Erienz (or if tats how her name is spelt and an Indian gal Taj working on 11 Oct 6pm had zero customer service. Yes, they work at a really fast pace. But zero flexibility, smiles or even a simple thank you to customers. Absolutely not able to smile. They have a lot to learn from their fellow peers the Filipinos who have outstanding service. Hope subway trains their employees to smile at their customers instead of acting angrily at simple requests. Seriously!

Clean outlet with very efficient service staff that can cope with lots of online orders and complicated ones as well! Update: all the service staff seem to have changed and service is a lot better now! The promo chicken cordon Bleu is not bad and the hot sandwich is indeed hot so the meat turns out nice and juicy. No sauce was needed for this choice since there was cheese within.
