Delicious and portion is generous. Got the light size but still struggled to finish. It felt healthy with different high fibre fruits and vegetables in the bowl. I think the sauces aren't necessary as there is already alot of flavor from each of the ingredients. Take note that there's very limited indoor aircon seating area.

Compared to the novena branch, this place is much smaller and doesn't have many dine in space. They also don't offer a self service counter for the toppings, which means you need to go back to the service staff every time and they are always busy. Food maintained the usual standard, fresh tasty and healthy.

Have been craving for a good poke after coming back from Hawai’i so I decided to give this a try. Of course, one cannot compare it with the taste and amount of sashimi in Hawaii, but this Poke Theory do try to give a good portion and good mix of vegetables and fruits. Spicy mayo options are quite close to the ones in Hawaii. Although Hawaiian usually eat their original ahi which is tuna. Place is small but clean. A short walk from PLQ mall.

Recommend for solo diners who wanna eat healthy. I had spicy mayo salmon and it was better than I expected. All the veggies tasted fresh and the price was reasonable.

Quick, delicious and convenient comfort food. You have so many choices of toppings to customise the perfect bowl. Well balanced options and flavours even for those on a diet. Portions comes in 3 sizes so you can get a better fit for your appetite. Their salmon is a must. Get all 3 finishing toppings! They all go amazingly well with the poke bowl.

Ordered og tuna regular for $14.50. Pros Harmony. Everything just adds up into a nice bowl. Honestly I could have gone for light it was very filling. Pineapple. I think this is the standout. Bring about a refreshing sweetness to the whole meal. Fried onion gives a nice crunch to the bowl. Complexity! Tuna. Fresh might not be too flavorful apart from soya sauce. Cons I feel they could have offer a wider bowl so that I can mix the food. Would have gone for lettuce instead of rice to be less filling.

This is my go to Poke place. They are very consistent with fresh ingredients and they have a great selection of toppings that have complementary flavors. My husband likes the brown rice base, though I've tried the greens as a base and it works really well too. We normally don't go for anything fancy - just their typical offering. Toppings wise I would recommend the beetroot, pineapple, seaweed, spicy relish and cucumber + 2 others of your choice (I normally skip the carrots out of the basic options or double the relish and pineapple). For the protein, I would recommend going for the basic salmon because you can always spice it up with the sauces which they very generously offer as much as you want. For the toppings - lay it all on. It adds a nice crunch and flavor to the dish. If you go for all the basic options, everything can come out pretty reasonably priced.
