The female waiter stepped on my shoe while serving without apologizing. 😒 Food tasted decent, love the flavourful sauces given together with the dishes and salad.

disappointing meal. I've had a more pleasant experience when there was a branch at IMM. The pho portion was quite small and filled to only half the bowl. Ordered extra beef slice for $3 but it came in a separate small bowl with only 3-4 tiny slices. not even equivalent to a slice of shabu for steamboat. hardly worth even $2. Drinks are overpriced, if I'd knew the lemongrass drink would just be sugar water with some lemongrass flavor for $3.50, I'd have just ordered sprite for $3.20. Wasn't even keen to find out why the "iced longan with red date & ginger" drink costs $5.80. Note to self, do not come again.

Main courses were good. However, the mango glutinous rice was dreadful, given awfully raw mangoes that were white in colour, hard and sour, almost like pineapples. So disappointing. I'd rather they remove the item from the menu than serve this nonsense.

Sopho Vietnamese beef noodle is a must-try. The beef is tender and flavorful, the noodles are perfectly cooked, and the broth is rich and savory. The vegetables and herbs add a nice crunch and freshness. The service is excellent and the staff are friendly. Highly recommend.

No wait during the weekend dinner peak hour. Service was prompt. Beef pho was average, serving size is average. Rolls were below average, some parts of the skin were hard. Associated sauce was average again. Dry pho was great, meat was well marinated. Sauce made the overall taste way much better.

Decided to have my dinner here because it has the shorter queue. Food is alright, the fried rice is tastier than the vermicelli but with chilli can be spicy for some. Service definitely need improvement. And please do ask for plain water if you need it as the waiter/waitress may forget to ask.

Tried the spicy beef ball pho. Honestly a little disappointing. Wouldn’t recommend it. Avoid the beef balls and go for the beef slice pho! The broth is much more flavourful and goes well with the pho!

Food exceeded my expectations. The spicy pho had a nice, fiery kick to it. The rice rolls in the platter had a soft and smooth texture. The egg coffee was exceptional. Coffee was strong and earthy, perfectly complementing the light and fluffy egg mixture. I was pleasantly surprised by how authentic it tasted.

Love it! 😋 Each dish got bits of spices and great mix of vegetables that creates an amazing taste. Maybe not quite a visual but the taste wins it all. The atmosphere is very welcoming too. Definitely will come again!~

So Pho has become my favourite Halal dining spot in the west. Their pho is flavourful spicy and comforting and their other dishes, like the fried rice and imperial spring roll is done really well. The flavours are well balanced and aromatic like how most Vietnamese places are. At around 15-20$ pax it’s also less pricy than it’s other counterparts. Highly recommend for lovers of Vietnamese/Southeast Asian food.

Better than expected. The pho tasted good. The dried glass noodles are tasty. The dripped coffee is great. If there is one complain, the springroll is a tad too small.

Great food, and I love the friendly and personable service every time we go. While other restaurants brushed us off when we arrived at 9:10pm on a Friday night the staff at So Pho Jem gave us a seat while being nice about communicating last order at 9:30pm. Thank you! Favorite moment: while paying I spotted a small tyrannosaurus rex figurine on the counter. When I asked what this was for, she replied "auspicious". We all had a good laugh 😃.

I am here with my colleague. We were served by Feng De Long. He has a good customer service. We were served the wrong drinks and we raised our hand. De Long immediately saw and approached us. He apologised though it was not his fault. We are happy to be served by him as he showed what he must had learnt from the So Pho management service. Thumbs up

the egg fried rice with sirloin steak was absolutely delicious! the sirloin was juicy and had me wanting more. the chix, prawn and ham roll was as good as it has always been. the service has been great thanks to Eka who graciously served every table despite not breaking her fast yet. much respect and will come back :)

Ordered basil beef rice but turns out, unlike the photo showing minced meat in their menu, to be sliced beef instead. Before the China male waiter De Long could put down the plate on our table I stopped him and told him this is not my order and asked why the variance from the menu photo and actual. He blatantly ignored my question, and repeatedly and forcefully stated that since I have ordered I cannot reject, no choice. I told him I intentionally ordered minced meat for my 7yo and 1.5yo to share. How are they going to chew through sliced beef... *Slaps forehead* I have no issues about taking in the served food but my concern is not addressed. The photo in the menu is misleading. I am also turned off by how he did not even try to help the situation. I have to service myself and suggest the packing and reordering to him. *Slaps forehead* I did end up packing the sliced beef basil rice and ordering another plate of minced chicken basil rice. We were there to break our fast for Ramadan, but the waiter's lack of empathy and competency in his service skills took an unfortunate turn of our impression this visit. And oh, I found a short thin strand of hair in the minced chicken basil rice but I did not want to put myself through their (lack of) service again so I let this roll. We usually visit So Pho for their fresh rolls and beef soup noodles. But maybe not this branch again.
