Normally when I order the beef lasagne from other outlets like tampines and pasir ris, I get a lot of sauce with the dish. However, when I ordered from bedok mall's Pezzo a day ago, the lasagne was sauceless. I took the whole thing out of the foil and there was no sauce at all. The chunks of beef were also mostly tendons. Tasted like pasty fats. Called them a few times on their listed phone number but no response. Disappointing.

Ordered the 13” thin crust pepperoni pizza pan. The dough was cardboard like and had a hard time chewing! Too little sauce in the pizza too! It wasn’t like this the few times I bought it last time.

The pizza just ain’t up to standard. Their toppings was too sweat. They messed up my order of beef lasagne and you can give their chicken lasagne a pass. Too be fair, I did enjoy their wings. There are many better pizza places you can go to.

Usually bought 3 slices for the usual $13.90 and $12 during promo period. Was surpised the costs came up to $16.90.The senior staff claimed that the 3 pizzas were Pepperoni and they are Gourmet Pizzas so it is about a buck more per slice. The Classics are the ones with $13.90 price tags. And was told if I were to choose Hawaiian or other pizzas, will then the costs will be $13.90 for 3 slices. Couldnt select any other pizzas because no other selection available and claimed they were not making other selections anymore and the Time was just 8pm.Like really? And claim it to be Gourmet? The ones that I bought were were already cooked and on displayed.$16.90 for 3 slices might as well I get a whole regualr sized pizza. Deserve no stars, in sooth..

Are you guys real? Look at the way the pizza is cut … just ordered via Grab: 4th Aug 2022, 4:15pm order . It’s cut in 19 pieces of various geometric shapes

One Staff doing cashier,suppose to take orders at Tampines One Outlet between 19:45-19:55. He is not taking order, he might be playing game on the cashier machine for long and seem to ignore customers and i don't know why...Pezzo who serves nice pizzas should look into these type of staff who always give bad name to the company's reputation. Look forward to better service please, If not for me, at least for others. Service is Zero lah, He really behave like i owe him a meal. Ended up didnt buy anything.

Ordered pezzo through foodpanda. We found, under the Hawaiian pizza, a large amount of.... charcoal ...? Right smack in the middle underneath of the whole pizza. We had to check under every slice and scrape off the carbon chunks. Then underside also was pretty white, like undercooked.

Open at 11am ..the female staff had the cheek to tell me pizza is not ready until 1130 to 1145 .opening hour should be 1145 then.non proactive staff!!! The particular staff does not deserve any star. For two consecutive days I encountered this staff no pizza was on display at 1100. All the other staff could serve the full range by 1100hrs.
