Quality and Tasty food. The restaurant ambience is calm and nice. Well preserved food quality and culture. Chicken is not oily. Arnold's is purely chicken condiments. There is no burger eg. Chicken burger or fish burger etc. Although it is at Frontier CC. There is a public parking place. Recommended...👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

My favourite fried chicken - seasoned, juicy, tender and piping hot! I like to opt for the 2 pc set and swap coleslaw out for mashed potatoes to dip my chicken in, and an extra side order of their fried buns - simple and delightful. I can’t wait to return again…

Many people recommend this. This Jurong branch is not crowded on Saturday evening. About 5 minutes walk from Jurong Point. Not many prople dine in. Was served in just 5 minutes. It is crispy but the taste is standard. Fries are not freshly fried. Forget the coleslaw.

Chicken pieces size is reasonable, not as tiny as KFC, taste better than Popeye n not as dry as Texas.. buy the spring chicken set more worth it, to share or eat as big eater.. location a bit off the traffic but next to JP.. much lunch crowd, otherwise will hv seats.. prices a bit high but can consider as value...

Chicken was freshly served, crispy and juicy, comparable to Popeyes. FYI, don't remember them accepting Visa/Mastercard paywave. They prefer DBSPayLah. Overall, pleasant dine-in.

“Odd set meals but if you can overlook all that, it’s got really decent fried chicken” Dined in and had Arnold’s Fried Chicken many times in the past now, and the standards have largely maintained across the years. One thing that still sticks out and would make dining here a much better experience is the menu, its odd that a set meal does not come with any drinks and you’ll have to order them separately? Not to mention the inflexibility in terms of changing the side dishes. All of this can be in fact overlooked if the focus was on how great the fried chicken tastes, otherwise there won’t be much going for this fast food chain. It’s pretty pricey too, with my order topping out at around S$20. You’ve got to order a side of the gravy, it enhances and complements the order so well. But what do I know? Come try it for yourself and I bet you’ll be hard pressed to find another better fried chicken joint.

If I could say, this is the best fried chicken in Singapore. I never knew of this place until a friend introduced it to me, and I never looked back. If I ever have fried chicken cravings, I'll definitely come here. My partner and I ordered a 4-piece chicken meal and we changed our coleslaw to fries. We got two Bandungs (one got up-sized) and added a cheese dip. The chicken always has an amazing crunch in the skins and tender meats on the insides. Every time I eat there, the chicken really does not disappoint. Sadly, for this time, the fries are a little cold for my liking and definitely not a fresh batch. Everything else was quite alright (average I'd say - the mash, the drink and the cheese). Don't bother to come here if you want a nice restaurant ambience with proper service. This is a fast food place where they take your order, get your food made as soon as possible, then you eat the food fast while it's piping hot. Still, delicious chicken!!!!! I mean, just look at what's left of our food haha.

Chicken is great. Sides a bit plain. Cant really hear the service staff. Nice but really soft. Nice chill place.

Non responding staff, small serving size of chicken despite the high pricing and taste is mediocre. However the serving speed was alright for fast food restaurant. Definitely not recommended if you want to have a delicious meal there or you have a big appetite. I really hope they can improve the taste and portion size there.

Was there to pack 4pcs chicken meal, as it was around 9pm when I got there, the restaurant had only a few dining in customer and 1 take away dude in queue. Service was prompt and in less time to warm up the seat, I'm already on my way home. Food was still hot by the time I arrived home, and tummy filled, no complaints there. The initial hype of their presence there had died down alot and mosty restaurant sees lesser dining in customer. But original outlet is still the go to standard if you wanna have the real deal, for now, it will have to do, standard good enuf but still some catching up to achieve the gold standard.

Fried chicken well marinated, but a bit salty for me a bit pricey for me, consider it as a fast food centre

Located at the community centre, moderately sized outlets with a number of seating available. Not that busy on weekday lunch hours. Chicken was of fresh batch when we ordered and super hot. Price of meals is slightly on the expensive side, but worth it given the quality of the chicken. Not too heavy and oily. Good to share with a group.
