For the prices listed Taste 4.5 Quality of ingredients 4 Customer service 4 Value for money 5 Location 5 Ambiance 4.5 Summary: -Excellent value money for price place to have a simple easy lunch on 2nd floor of JCube. -Fills the tummy with good taste to sustain until tea break. -The menu is slightly varied choices and good pricing across the board. One friendly auntie saw I was with my mum gave me the hardcopy order form in case we needed it instead of the qr code scan on the table. :))) Place is filled with students, family and a few singles and couples too. The best thing I like about this place is the pricing. 99% of dishes are $10-$17 on average. Only one or two $25 for the best cut. Not bad lah!!!

The seafood laksa cheese baked rice was alright but not the Teriyaki salmon of which both vegetables and fish were tough; vegetables was undercooked and salmon was overcooked till dry and tough. I am confident I can make better pan fried salmon.

Always walked pass this place and was told about their heart attack fried rice. Finally got a chance to try cos I reached jcube late and didn’t wanna think what food to eat. Ordered the set meal Tom yum seafood baked rice, comes with ice lemon tea and mushroom soup, and also the famous chicken chop heart attack fried rice… Baked rice was good. Full of seafood (prawn, octopus and was cheesy enough) Soup was so smalll portion that it like more like a sauce. Ice lemon tea was a standard F&N pack taste. Total disappointment cos my friend told me the ice lemon tea was good. The main attraction was again, a big disappointment. Rice is hard, and tasteless. Then I tried to pour the chilli sauce over the rice and now there are some taste, but making it like a wet rice (instead of fried rice). Is this the correct way to eat? Why didn’t the staff inform about how to make this boring fried rice into a heart attack version? Saving grace was their tender chicken chop, but portion is small again, looks big but very thin slices. (All the recent boom of pork chop fried rice is doing much better in terms of taste and portion) Too many cook spoilt the wok, they have to realign their 18 chef to win back their glory days. (That is, If it was ever good before? I dunno, as this is the first time I tried) Will I return? No…3* since food is edible, but really meh.
