Dine in here to eat Indian Rojak. Slow service in the drinks stall. My rojak came first. I guess the drinks stall attendant wait for more orders then send out the drinks as when she served the drinks, one tray full of drinks. The rojak I ordered is not hot enough but the most dissapointment is the gravy sauce. It's cold!! First time eating Indian rojak with the sauce cold. Btw, the rojak is edible but not nice.

Very disappointed. I ordered 2 briyani ayam goreng and 1 briyani ayam. Before I left, I checked the receipt. It stated as per my order. But when I reached home, to my disappointment, they gave me 2 briyani ayam and 1 briyani mutton. My family don’t eat mutton. Tried calling Saffron but to no avail. I decided to throw it.

All hard at work. Queue is long compared to another restaurant next door. Get parking in evening a bit difficult due to popularity. So far good food good drinks. Ensure the snaking queue that's all if you wan the best.

Drinks are a tad too sweet, prata is not crispy but taste well. Mee goreng is good! A chill supper place for everyone.

And this is why your company cannot sustain. You might as well close down. I ordered 16 items 2xbawang, 2xplaster, 9xeggprata, 2kpi n 1teh. $41.30. Instead in the plastic.. was 2xplaster, 1xegg, kpi,the and 3bawangprata!!!!! The missing egg were for the kids!!!!!! You have 1 thing to do. GET THE ORDERS RIGHT! UR CUSTOMER PAY U TO GET UR ORDERS RIGHT.

Menu on selected stalls. Left out malay stall, seafood, western. Update: now with the coffeeshop been taken over by ABC express, their small Saffrons outlet always long queue. Wanted to order 4 pratas on weekend am but expected to wait 1 hr.

can just skip this outlet. incompetent workers takes 30 mins to prepare prata, not that busy. ask to pack my left over maggi goreng to go and took them 15 mins. my maggi goreng pass away already until they forgot about it on the counter. had to remind them 3 times. can BOYCOTT

Egg shell found in prata. Not the first time. Have also screwed up orders multiple times before - missing items! think this is my 3rd or 4th time paying for more than what I actually receive when I open the packets. so overrated, don’t waste your money or time here.

TLDR: just another below average Prata shop. Came at 5am hoping the Prata to be served fresher Prata. Sadly, they were cold pre-made Prata. The Prata were so “old” that it become flat instead of fluffy that the fork bent when trying to tear them apart. Just another overrated Prata place.

The murturbak was too dry. Not worth the $13 price tag. Self-service somemore; not something that I expected from an Indian restaurant.☹️

Went out for dinner order prata plaster for myself and egg prata for my mum . Sambal served was expired. The taste was sour . It was not what it used to be . I must say the food quality is poor. Other dishes ordered like the mee kuah was too sweet . Not forgetting with the price compared to other prata shop i think its not worth eating at saffron anymore.

Very unsightly atmosphere, tables not cleaned eventhough plates are cleared by customers. Customers have to clean the tables on their own to dine in! The tray return station are full of trays of plates etc thus prevent others from clearing their tables.

Always love the prata here. Curry + sambal are superb. Just take note that it's self-service here, you order the food and collect yourself. Order was prepared quite fast.

1. Masala thosai missing! 2. Prata curry missing! 3. Prata sambal missing! (Main reason for ordering the prata) 4. Thosai sambar pkt the smallest packet i've seen! How can you guys be soo stingy on gravy? Very Very disappointed! Receipt mention to double check orders and customer's instructions. So what did you guys actually check?

They were quite generous with the portion and the food was not too bad. The service was okay only though, nothing special and a lot of dishes on the menu was confusing which the staff didn’t even know either.

Not our first visit. This is the first time I see this. Was disgusted today as they stack our food order one on top of the other. Yes, metal tray that you put on the table where you don’t know what was previously there and they stack them on top of the other. We understand that might be easier for your customer to carry the trays to the table, but it’s unhygienic!!! You took so many years to build your brand. Please educate your staff to do it the correct way. No one will say thank you that you help them take their food in. One trip but believe me, they will blame you immediately when they get hospitalized for food poisoning.
