Frequent customer. A cozy, casual, reasonably priced cafe on West Coast Plaza level 1. Good coffee for sure, the pies and croissants are served hot & delicious.

I go to this outlet every other day for my coffee fix. I enjoy the space. It’s generally quite comfortable and especially when Barista Elisa is working; she’s amazing. I am quite particular about my coffee and she knows my usual order. The only time I feel like leaving the place is when the music gets too loud like a live band is playing. Even though I get that it’s F&B tactic to “chase” people out as soon as they’re done eating/drinking to generate more business, but having the music too loud when there are still many empty tables doesn’t quite make sense. Having said all that, it’s still a very nice cafe and its staff is generally pleasant and the coffee is good! I’m grateful to have a nice cafe like that in my neighborhood. Still loyal, Han

They are now open 24/7 with plenty of seating available. The only issue are the campers who come there to study, which is a problem at every coffee shop in SG to be honest. The service is good and coffee and food delicious. The kids especially love the strawberry chiller.. Decent selection of cakes and pastries too.

Spoilt for choices by the variety of drinks. Changed my mind a few times... The apple pie and chocolate cake were so so good. Will be back again soon.

This outlet is so awesome is soo many ways. If you enjoy sipping your coffee is a cosy darkish environment, this place is for you. It is so inviting.. Also, there is a nice raised sitting area. How cool is that. Really nice joint.. prices are okey and variety of drinks and food is good too. Enjoy.

I'll pick Gloria Jean's anytime over the other big boys. Best chilled brewed coffee! Durian chocolate fudge has been my personal choice here. A pleasant ambience for a personal tea time or a quiet date.

My usual hangout place for reading, working. Love their Hot chocolate… rich and creamy. Breakfast set are reasonably priced, $7.90 with brew coffee and nice croissant (ham and cheese or chicken frank). As a croissant and sausage lover, I always order their chicken sausage croissant with long black or sinful hot chocolate.
