I ordered through the kiosk machine with no problem, and the food was (absolutely) good, as the McD’s standard. The resto was also clean and the service was fast. Impressed ✨ The Wifi was also fast, you can consider this place for work or study since some of people here also facing their laptops as well 😂

Probably the best McDonald's service in the world. Very close to Japan's. Very polite and friendly staff, food delivered timely on table. I've been to McDonald's in several countries, and this is definitely the best service. Perhaps taken for granted by the locals. They could give Malaysia's maccas a try and in for a shock. :D

I visited this place to redeem my voucher that I bought a week before in an application. In this pandemic situation, I'd been thankful because of the chance, so I could have a meal in this resto without pay more. I'd also tried new menu served in this restaurant and to be honest, it's delicious.

It's quite nice to sit and chat outdoor with a fancy breeze of air. Often it gets too busy with customer, and you gotta wait a little longer for your food to be served.

The classic hang out place for Bintaro Jaya residents. This time around, I ate a classic one as well. It’s a Big Mac package. The taste of the burger was still the same with special sour sauce (mayo?) that never gone wrong. Compliment the burger with undisputed champion french fries and a glass of iced lychee tea (with a pair of lychees). It’s just perfect.

The staff are impolite, lack of service attitude, i have ordered for take away, once ive got home and turns out the order completely wrong and call the mcdonalds & the staff who answer my call act very snobbish when im complaining and make an excuses i mean come on!! The worst McDonalds ive ever been

A good place for shelters, meeting friends or just have a quick bites. Cozy big dine room with open smoking room outside. This fast food resto is easy to reach and provide kids play ground. Even you can arrange a birthday party for your kids here.

The two story building was a landmark in Bintaro. People often ask "which way of McD". So this is quite legendary in Bintaro Sektor 9 area. Food is the same as regular McD fast food. The new addition is McCafe but that also some time long ago added to the services. What lack of this service is they seem understaffed. Since Indonesians used to be served, and not cleaned after they eat in the fastfood restaurant, the place is quite dirty. Especially on the second floor where they have a small playground and birthday area. This place is also not recommended for people with wheelchairs.

The employee (the cashier with yellow shirt) is telling me twice to have a distance with my boyfriend while order and on the table but there are other table in front of me that sit closer than we sit and she’s just ignore it (maybe cause its mother and daughter or a family) but thats just unfair cause me and my boyfriend always eat together EVERYDAY just like the mother and daughter on other table. The WORST part is when we looking for table, all empty table are DIRTY either with dirty tray or the crumbs of the chicken from previous costumer and the employee is just care about how close me and my boyfriend and not even care to clean the table which more dangerous to spread the virus than how close people (who come together) sit and stand close. I took the picture just after I eat and there are peoples ordering just like I do and they are more than 2 peoples stand close and she’s just act like it’s nothing.
