The cheesy 7 haiwaiian, chicken supreme and honey roasted wings are very nice. The chicken satay and veggie lover still ok.

Horrible Experience. At 10.30am, did a pre-order however Pizza Hut System stated "This store is currently closed. Please continue to place a future order". What's the point of pre-order then? They then changed the earliest delivery time to 12.30pm which I've selected. Upon checkout, they've stated that delivery is at 1.11pm! How could PizzaHut change the delivery time on behalf of customer post payment. This is unethical by cheating customers as such. OrderRef: 2210146270220. The Manager (Ms. Wendy) was also not helpful. For sake of everyone, PLEASE AVOID PIZZA HUT AND THIS OUTLET!

Awful and very horrible experience. Ordered from this store at 5.50pm, food was supposed to arrive at 6.50pm. Waited until 7.16pm and the order status is still stuck at "preparing". Called the outlet and they said they only have just received the order and will be delivering to us by around 8.30pm. No apology was given at all. Decided to talk to manager. When we pushed for details, manager then admitted that they missed out the order and that this happened quite often with other customers' orders as well due to surge in orders and they will only double check and make the orders when customers call them. This is completely different from what was initially said, which was they have just received the order. Also, we understand there's a surge in order, but if it happens so often until the staff or manager does not even care about being truthful or care to at least sound apologetic about it then it is a really horrible practice of Pizza Hut to do so. Still, no apology was given by the manager and when we asked to talk with a higher up, the call was cut short with the manager ending the call by only saying "I will call you back later I'll prepare your food now first". We did not receive any call from them until the end. Food arrived at 8.18pm, but the condition was the worst we ever get from Pizza Hut; perhaps they were rushing to reach us as soon as they can that all 3 pizzas were lumped at one side of the box and the topping for our meat lover pizza took the worst hit; it's stuck to the top of the box. We had to pry open all the boxes slowly to salvage whatever we can save.

Waited 1.5h for pizza that is across the road. The delivery was late and there was no apology given except for the pathetic excuse that our drinks were not available, assuming that we would accept tea instead of the Pepsi ordered. Customer service is absolutely appalling with the delivery man pushing for us to accept the drink we did not order instead of giving a refund. It would be in the company's long term best interest to reevaluate their services.

Ordered prawn aglio olio ($12.90) self pick-up. This was the worst aglio olio I ever had. First time I see aglio olio so extremely dry and having no chilli at all. When I asked for chilli flakes to put into the aglio olio, I was told they ran out of chilli flakes. In the end I went home, pour in my own olive oil and my chilli flakes from my Dominos pizza. Prawn-wise, there is just a handful of those supermarket packet type of frozen prawn.

very disappointed with the service. drop by to buy pizza and is rush into decision by filipino cashier. want to buy two large pizza and trying to look for promotion and she doesnt give time to look at promo item. keep asking what you want. what you want. not sure what the rush, no other customer at 5pm!!! paid 85+ for two pizza while promo is 60 with two pizza and freebies

Freshly baked Hawaiian pizza🍕We enjoyed it. Prompt and friendly service. However this outlet does not allow dine in. It’s located beside Sheng Siong supermarket.
