Although the queue was long, we managed to get our seats pretty quick. The service was great. The staffs are nice and friendly too. I love the juiciness of the chicken. The seafood stew is best shared with 3-4 pax. I like the unique taste of it. The toast a little bit tough to cut. It's also burnt at the sides.

Serves great value set lunches at $27. We ordered French onion soup and whole chicken with cranberry sauce, it’s delightful and not too heavy. The mushroom is great, and roasted chicken is not too dry. Queue gets pretty long, do come early.

Somewhat below average restaurant, dishes were not up to price tag. Pasta was a little too watery. Fries were okay too. Portions were good. Service was fast and great but the food wasn’t commendable especially with a rather hefty price tag.

We visited poulet ion for the second time on 10 May for dinner and were pleased once again by the service and food. We were served by 3 ladies, and they were all delightful. They took an initiative to ask whether we enjoyed our food. Tried the mushroom risotto today and it tasted really good!!

My husband and I really enjoyed the food and service here. We just got married on that day and did not make any restaurant reservations anywhere. I just happened to remember to wanting to eat at Poulet and this outlet looks good. Everyone was helpful and treated us good. We were served mostly by Ms Anisah and she was warm and friendly. We definitely recommend eating experience here and we look forward to trying other menu items. Food was yummy and served warm. Thank You for a lovely experience for us. 💗

Would give 4 stars for the chicken, but 3 stars for the rest of the dishes: steak and truffle fries were quite disappointing. The fries feels like it’s been put out for some time and the truffle is not evenly seasoned out. The half chicken is actually huge and we had a hard time trying to finish for one person. The sauce for the chicken is pretty good.

The staff that served us our food was polite and friendly. A shame that it wasn’t made clear in the menu that depending on the side dish chosen for the 3-course “feast”, you may not get the full portion. It wasn’t that good a deal considering you only get one side. It was also a little noisy and we couldn’t hear each other half the time.

Have the 3 course meal. The food is tasty and well presented on plate. Only downside is this restaurant do not provide warm water, only bottled distilled water available.

I love pasta with sea food, it was bit spicy but just enough. I didn't wait more then 5 min for the starter and ever next meal was served straight away. Very friendly and helpful Staff. I will definitely come back 😊 Thank you

We got two halves chicken (another half not pictured), a pot pie, salad, mushroom risotto, fries and desserts (not pictured) for a tidy sum of just over SGD100. Not too bad! The food is nice if not boring, and the ambience is okay. The wait staff were nice too. The sauces for the chicken was a hit amongst us. Mushroom risotto tasted great too!

Great service, very nice and accommodating. Set course meal is worth the price. Tried the Roasted Chicken with cream, tasted on the sweeter side. Some might like it, I personally am not the greatest of fan but still enjoyed it nonetheless. Truffle fries were great and well portioned! Would definitely recommend.

Got the 3 course set for 2 pax and spent $66. Slightly on a pricier side but it was definitely worth my money. The chicken is for sure the best I have eaten and the mushroom sauce complements the flavor of the chicken too well. Truffle fries were decent but the beef meatballs was definitely a huge highlight. Tasted like meat patty rolled up into balls but it tasted so good after every bite you just want more. I recommend getting the pineapple dessert as the crumbs goes better with the pudding then mango. Staff were extremely prompt and friendly. Atmosphere was welcoming with bright lights and comfy seats. The only thing I wonder is why most of the tables are circular and not rectangular.. Will definitely come back here again!

Service is prompt and attentive. Ordered the chicken feast for 2 pax. Portions are generous and the chicken is succulent and tasty. The mushroom soup, truffle fries and mango pudding are also nice. Overall a very filling and satisfying meal.

Phenomenal experience at Poulet + Brasserie. We came here for a light brunch and ended up with an entire feast because the food was that good. Special mention to the entire wait staff for being so lovely and attentive.

We ordered Pan Sheared Salmon and Sea Bass, and it turned out to be a perfect lunch for us. Also, we added truffles fried, onion bread, and Oglio Olio. Very nice place and atmosphere. Definitely recommend halal food in Singapore.

The reason food is 4 stars is due to my own tastebud. I don't really fancy sweet food which the flavour is more to that direction. However, have to commend the service by the staffs. Not only a specific staff but all the wait staff on the evening of 20 Nov 2023 at Ion Outlet. Cheers! Enjoy my eaten chicken photo 😅

We entered this restaurant on an impromptu basis after shopping and was not expecting a great experience! Every piece of food was delicious, and both the entrees and sides were prepared with great care. Especially loved the dried cranberries in the salad 🥗✨would visit again!!!

The decor and shop fronts of Poulet's restaurants always look nice, and this was the first time I've been back to dine in a very long while. We ordered the grilled salmon ($20ish) and a side of truffle fries ($10.90). Truffle fries - taste is okay, not super truffley, but size is too small for the price. Grilled Salmon - Salmon taste and texture is okay! Pretty well grilled, seems fresh. The sides however were not enjoyable. The mash potato tasted only of cream and not potato, corn was okay but sauteed with onion so the taste was savoury and not what we expected, m&c was mild and did not have much taste. The aglio olio was the most disappointing dish ever; it wasn't even aglio olio, it was literally chilli pasta. I think whoever made this menu just said "you want pedas? Ok I give you pedas." You can SEE that it literally was just spaghetti sauteed in mashed chilli padi/chilli sauce, without even a mince of garlic or pepper. Very sad. The FOH service and serve-up timing from both the kitchen and the floor staff were slow and honestly kinda terrible. The truffle fries were cooked as one batch (they sent out like 6 of it at one shot, regardless of which table had ordered first), one of our mains was served to us while the table who ordered before us were still waiting for theirs, and our second main took forever. Either the kitchen staff were just uncoordinated or they need to hire more chefs. However, kudos to the service staff. There were only 4 of them manning an almost full restaurant with new customers constantly coming in, and they stayed courteous, helpful and pleasant.

Their chicken is a must order from here!! We got the full chicken with mashed potato and mac and cheese as sides. Definitely recommend their mashed potato, mac and cheese on the other hand was very average. Food wise:5 Even though is slightly pricey, you pay for what you get, ingredients used were good and of quality. Price:4.5/5 Ambience is 5/5, very cosy setting with nice interior design. Do note that connection was very weak here, but maybe it was because we sat quite inside.

5/5 for the great service. 4.5/5 for the food. The food is great. The half chicken with mushroom sauce is nice, but the one with black pepper sauce is a little too spicy for our likings. The chicken doesn’t come with wings. The truffle fries are crispy, maybe they airfried it or fried it the second time with high temperature oil. Will come back for the roast chicken. Maybe will order a whole chicken to share next time instead of the 3 course set for 2 pax.

The lunch set at 2 for $54 is an excellent deal. we ordered a crispy Brussels sprouts and truffle fries, the half chicken with both mushroom and black pepper sauce and finished with mango pudding. We enjoyed everything. The iced tea is a little too sweet so It would be nice for them to serve water. The service crew is friendly and helpful too.

We stumbled upon this place by chance right after we finished shopping on ION. We ordered their signature Roast Chicken with Black pepper sauce and also a serve of the pasta. We were pleasantly surprised with the taste of both dishes. The pasta sauce is what I would consider strong in flavour in a good way and the shredded oxtail meat is not dry. The roast chicken is perfectly cooked, keeping its tenderness and the sauce also set up perfectly to match the chicken. Minus points for the service because the service took quite a while to come out. We will definitely come back to try other dishes. Food - 9 Service - 8 Vibe - 8 Price - $$

Food tasted good, the chicken serving is a little bit big for one person. The mushroom sauce is excellent at first but then it’s kinda too sweet. The salad is good too but size is smaller than expected, a little bit sweet.

Saw the raving reviews and decided to try the food here. The oxtail pot was interesting and the crust was layered and crispy. The mash potato inside was pretty buttery. The chicken with mushroom sauce was also tender and flavourful. The sauce had a strong and distinct mushroom taste to it. The french onion soup was disappointing unfortunately. The soup was unnecessarily sour and it was missing the cheese and bread typically found in french onion soup. The onion flavour was also not strong enough. The service was amazing. The staff were attentive to our needs and responded quickly. The mac and cheese side was served lukewarm at first, but once we mentioned it, they changed it for us immediately with no questions. It was served again swiftly. Overall, it is a place where you can grab a decent meal for a reasonable price in Orchard.

We walked by this eatery and the displayed seafood stew photo looked very appetizing. So we decided to give it a try. It took quite a while for us to get the stew and the broth was not hot (temperature wise). I wonder if it was sitting in the kitchen for some time before we were served. But the stew itself was very flavorful with enough seafood/veggies for two. Loved the garlic bread too. We ordered the only non sweet drink, fruit fizz (other than water), and it was very refreshing.

Not bad western food at reasonable prices. The roasted chicken (half for $17.90 ala carte, $22.90 for 2 sides) is alright. The chicken is moist and juicy, the portion size is sufficient for one person to be full. The only downside is the price, slightly high considering the steak (200g) is cheaper at only $21.90. On the other hand, the ox tail risotto was a smashing success. Slightly spicy but packed with flavour, garnished with a generous amount of oxtail and risotto as well. Would recommend getting this. Overall not too bad, but not too amazing as well. Worth a try
