The Mantou chilli crab sauce while palatable was way too sparing on the sauce. When asked why so little is provided, counter sales replied that only a spoonful is to be given. This is literally a table spoon meant to lightly coat 4 reasonably sized Mantou. So don’t expect any degree of soaking in the chilli crab sauce which is more sambal chilli-like than chilli crab like. Still tasted acceptable but to be sooo stingy on the sauce quantity just destroys the product and any satisfaction that you would expect from this. Just sooo disappointing!! A National Day disgrace from a longstanding local brand. Save your $4 for 2 curry puffs instead, I would strongly recommend!!

Who have not ate something from Old Chang Kee? I have from outlets all over Singapore. Yet this tiny outlet made an impact. The curry puffs are fluffy, piping hot and served with a smile from an enthusiastic auntie. And on a Friday evening with a queue of 10 or more TGIF youngsters. Yeah. That's the way

Server was very rude. Lots of other food stalls in Plaza Singapura. Just skip this outlet to avoid unpleasant experience

I visited at 7:30 am but not open. Surfed on internet but can’t get time for opening for today 13 Sep Sunday!. I remember I came earlier in the past. They were operating. Don’t tell me people getting lazier after Lockdown?

I dont know if you really short of staff or wht , but your staff malay aunty , and all aunty who work there ! U better learn some respect, ya i know u are old lady , but doest mean you can treat us , your customer , so rude !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don’t give your black face to us ! If u are tired enough, then don’t work ! Stay at home , oh mai , this is not my first time , they all treat me like this ! I didn’t ask to treat me like im buying from expensive shop or wht , but where your commence senses ? No manners , so rude ! Learn how to show some respect aunty , like how you want ppl to treat you laa , so worst !

If I can give this place a zero I would. The staff are so rude at this outlet! First time gave me black face… this time I ordered 4 squid and 2 chicken wing… I asked for chili sauce again and the old lady threw the chili sauce at the bucket and gave me another black face… Terrible service truly. Am I asking too much?

Incompetent staff. I had a digital voucher that i wanted to use during payment. But the staff just doesnt know how to process it! Were they not trained properly? Or are they bad at their job? I had to wait around 10 mins for the incompetent staff to call her superior for help. Turns out, as i knew all along, it was just a simple scanning of the barcode on the digital voucher. So simple! Why were they not taught this? There were 2 staff there before the manager came back. Both were incompetent and clueless. One of them, the Malay lady, basically did her own thing and offered no help at all. They really should have been better at their job.

The aunty working at this outlet always very rude. Like forced to work. So this time am putting down the review. OCK mgmt - don't you guys look at the reviews at all??? Your staffs need proper training in customer service.

The workers here are unfriendly, always black face. To feedback the portion for bee hoon is less and cold compared to other outlets. Price has been increased and yet standard low. Your company should do something about it to improve the services and the quality of the food.
