Worst place to order your pizza. I came before 6pm and was told to wait for an hour. Sit ouside and wait..even after an hour pass ..i still got to wait further. Defitnetly this place is lacked of manpower and management of Domino's is not looking into these issues. Although their pizza is one of my favourite, but I can't wait that long and its not the first time. Heads up to everyone who wanna order from this Branch at Woodland St 13..be prepared to wait for more than an hour for your pizza.

Dear Domino, can you do a check on Woodland Branch? I placed my order on the 2 October, 6:47pm, now 20:05 pizza is still not here. Online GPS stopped tracking. Hotline forever on the auto machine. I want a refund. Don't want your pizza anymore. To other buyers, stay off Domino in Woodland. The management should do something, otherwise should just close shop lah. Should remove their self boasting slogan, best pizza delivery. Fake

Worst place to order a pizza. Takes more than 2 hours to deliver, takes 1 hour to get through hotline, and customer service officer couldn't give a care to help. Order if you enjoy waiting indefinitely and being on hold for 1 hour to get zero information from nonchalant call center staff.

Ordered self pick up and went over to collect my pizza. There was a long wait but the staff were very friendly and apologetic even though it’s not their fault for the massive orders they received. Not only did the staff gave timely updates on when it’s ready without asking and they made sure everyone who waited had their orders in the system. Thumbs up to the team in this outlet, it made my day as a customer happy.

Only available for take out or delivery. No seats available. Service was quite fast. Suggestion is to order online. Quite easy and just reach the place around the time stated and grab and go. Convenient.

One of the worst Domino's Pizza branches ever. Ordered from foodpanda and after 2 hours of wait, they told me to wait another hour or cancel the order. After confirming cancellation, they update food panda as food has been delivered. For 3 days, I have been trying to call them but no one pick up the phone. World class lousy service from this branch. Order at your own risk. I have yet to received any refund from them.... Thanks for your reply. But if your email reply is as fast as your Google response it will be better. I already send the email on the 26th December and yet till now, 28th December you have not reply me. I am still waiting for my refund.

My 1st time order Domino's pizza at Singapore here. I ordered 2 9"pizza, 1 mac and cheese and 1 onion ring. Pizza is very dry and ingredients is little. Mac & cheese cost $12.50 is really ridiculous so small portion and 3 small pieces of ham...cost $12.50 totally cannot accept. I'm not a person like to do complaints but the quality and portion is really a very bad.

Just don’t. The three times I ordered from them they were always super slow. Each time I get a message from them via text offering me a free pizza because of previous late delivery but only ordering directly from their site which has a minimum order more than the free pizza. What a scam. Also, the pizza is NOT GOOD! I have had dominos in other countries and it’s much better. Please, don’t eat dominos pizza. It’s terrible with bad service. I will never order from them Again, and neither should you. I’m sorry to the people that work there. But the company is no good. There are better pizza places here. Pezzo or if near quays, have Sonny’s pizza, it’s amazing.

Placed order at 7.50pm on 31/12/23 and till 11.15pm my order is not delivered.. on the platform stated as my order still processing..tried calling the store multiple times but the line is always busy and when i checked from the website the store actually closed at 11pm!! I can understand its a new year eve but this is unacceptable when the store actually accepted the order but they did not bother to attend to their customer order! I am not the type who like to complain but this is abit too much..the least the store can do is to call the customer on the waiting time and not let the customer be in a waiting game.

I’m not saying domino’S bad all the time, but recently their pizza quality (taste, looks, ingredients) have been poor. Probably the outlet-specific issue. Edit: I just saw a bunch of 1* reviews just below me. Domino’s seriously need to look into Woodlands outlet.

Ordered on 11 feb for pickup at 11am. RAW dough in the middle, parbaked dough throughout the circumference. The pizzas were as dry as their moms, disgusting raw dough and tasteless. Why degrade your customers so far down? During pickup, even tried to lie saying the outlet got no plastic bag to place the pizzas in! Such travesty.

My pizza wasn’t delivered!!! I had a party at home and have ordered pizza for everyone. But it didn’t even come! I let my guests waited for 2 hours and ended up ordering other food for them. Ridiculous… I tried all sorts of way to get a hold on someone, or ANYONE from Dominos. But was not able to. No communication whatsoever about my pizza order. I double checked my order confirmation countless times and it was correct. Shame on you Domino’s. Don’t trust them to show up when you have a party. **************

Ordered on the 3rd day CNY to have my meal for my night shift. Ordered through online at 9pm. Website able to accept my order without any issues. No prompts of longer waiting time or higher influx of orders. Online 'live' tracking shows order was received, sent to kitchen, and eventually sent for delivery. From 1030pm onwards till 2am, tried multiple times calling their outlet but no response. No callbacks either. End up pizza was not delivered. Called them in the morning at 10am, manager was not in till 11.30am, and since 11.30am phone line not able to get through.

I ordered your pizza on 25th Feb 2024 through Grab but I did not received any. Called dominos outlet at Woodlands until today, nobody pick up the call.. I want a full refund and an apology call for not being efficient and trustworthy.

Ordered at delivery at 6.45PM, arrived only at 8.45PM. 2 hours even though its 10 mins away from my place. Ordered wings, but they gave me popcorn chicken. Paid additional $9 for cheesy crust, but pizza came without it. The site's delivery tracker wasn't working. Their phone lines were busy the whole time, probably due to the numerous people that tried to call them. Other than that the pizza tasted fine though. Next time, ill settle for 7-Eleven's microwavable meals.

Ordered at 6.45pm for break fasting my kids were so hungry. 8.30pm still no delivery. I took taxi down starit to the kitchen and once I arrived my daughter called saying delivery just arrived. Made me panick if I had to cook last minute. Quite disappointing no customer service online and late email response order came at 8pm plus. We are staying at woodlands and yet they need 2 hrs to prepare our food. Very Inconvenient.

Ordered via GrabFood on Monday evening. 2 hours later, food still hasn't arrived. Called their store for any updates but constantly showing line busy. Called 15 times. No answer. When my call does go through (2x), they hang up immediately. Maybe I was just lucky but GrabFood ended up cancelling my order for me when I chat with the support specialist.

I ordered dominos through grab app on 1 April 2024, and after waiting for 2 hours and 30 mins, food did not came and decided to go down to outlet to ask for refunds and cancellation of my order. Upon reaching their outlet, they informed me that my order wasn’t in their system. But their manager on site helped me cancel my order. Awhile later, shockingly my money wasn’t refunded instead they charged me for my order even after cancelling my order. I went back the outlet and was later informed that they operate separately from grab app and that i have to write an email to their official website and ask for refund. I did write in an email that they provided me and the email claim to refund my amount in 7 working days. Today is 17 April 2024. It has been more than 7 working days and yet I do not receive any refunds. I wrote in an email again regarding the refunds and yet its the same copy and paste AI generated email being sent. Horrible system and poor service. I would not order from Dominos again.

Their customer service team is not it. I ordered food on the 13th feb through grab, and ended up getting a call from this store saying they will be unable to proceed with my order and will give me a voucher / refund in return within 3-5 working days. I waited for a whole week, and found out no refund request was submitted. I then waited another week and still did not receive anything. It has already been a month, and I have not received my food nor my money. Asked for updates but received the same copy and paste email. I've bought from dominos multiple times, but this is the first this has happened to me. I think it's safe to say, I will never ever be purchasing from them again. Beware of the difficulties surrounding their refund process before placing your orders. Update: - even after mentioning how they copy paste replies, they still did the same thing on their google review 🤡 would appreciate it more if they just answered their email and resolve this incredibly simple issues. Btw they probably won't answer the phone if you call them. Last Update: I got my refund a while ago, but the amount was not in full, for some reason they didn't return me the GST amount?? So i technically gave them a few bucks for free?? But I'm glad this is over with 👍🏽
