Very disappointing. Been supporting BH for years and even recommended many friends to them. Lately service & quality is bad. Left was sample pic and right was the actual cake we picked up. $97 for this presentation? Distorted faded print? Seriously? Feedback to sales staff n its been days.. no response to date.

Im a returning customer. This is my 5th time ordering my daughter's cake. Applied membership and love the birthday discount. Cake is yummy and design is great. Price is reasonable.

Recommended by a friend and I never stop ordering from them years after years. Their cake was not too sweet and the outcome of the cake never fail me once. Always above my expectation when i open the box. They really put their heart into every cake they design. All the children in the class was telling me how nice the chocolate cake was and how pretty the cake!

Thank you for the pretty cake. The printings are so cute. Our second time ordering from Baker's Heart. Sweetness just nice. The cake sponge are soft. Flavours are great. Chocolate is the best choice. 16 birthday kids born in Feb loves it. Is so tasty and yummy! 😋 Everyone have second serving. Deliver on time. Great service. 👍

Have been ordering birthday cakes from Baker’s Heart for a few years now and they never fail to impress me with their beautiful cakes and in fulfilling my request. Not to mention it taste so yummy! The wait is always worth it. Happy kid, happy mummy!

It is my first time enquiring and ordering with Baker’s Heart, there were many questions from the start to filling up the form to hiccup (on my end) on actual day of collection but Joanne of Baker’s Heart is very patient and professional. After answering my questions, she often followed up with pictures allowing me to understand visually and practically what to expect hence aiding in my decision-making. I enjoyed my entire experience with baker’s heart because of her. Joanne, your patience and professionalism is a gem in the service line!

Hey there, despite the fact that it could seem simple, there are tons of efforts and details to take care of. Good work! 👍 The pictures speaks a thousand words, and it made my son very pleased. Second, helpings and servings were requested by his classmates, and we were also impressed by the chocolate flavor of the cake. 😋 👏
