Have bought many times from them. I love the dense, rich and decadent muffins. Full of nuts and chocolates chips inside. Have bought double chocolate chip and rocky road muffins. Prefer the rocky road for the texture and fragrant walnuts! Service is also very efficient and friendly!

Freshly baked yummy cookies that are enjoyed by the whole family. Personally I found these cookies too sweet for my liking. However, it's a scrumptious treat on your cheat days. These cookies also make great treats for children parties.

Just called the hotline at northpoint outlet to enquire about the cookie cake and was absolutely appalled by the service standard of the staff who answered the call. No greetings and no goodbyes. She was having a conversation in malay with her colleague when she answered the call and I was on the line listening to their conversation. Her answers were cold and unwelcoming. Was honestly shocked by this experience.

Simply the best and you don’t get the same quality in USA. They closed the outlet in CCK so I have to go yishun. They make it fresh here and you don’t get such shop in USA.

Extreme shrinkflation in cookie form LOL so much has changed from what we remember. The anemic cookies are maybe 90% sugar. I'll avoid in the future.

Cookies indeed shrink in size…. but still taste yummy and maybe getting too sweet for me~ 3 stars as the abang staff was unwelcoming.. no hello nor goodbye when transaction was made.. don’t feel acknowledged by him… no smiles on his face too :( NO plastic bags was given as I saw notices stating that they charge 10c for a bag now.
