Nice quiet ambience with awesome signature brew coffee. The cheesecake is very nice and the mocha latte is ok.

Not sure what to have for breakfast? Come try this simple breakfast set at Jem. Last week was sambal otah and this week is avocado egg spread dot paste. I still prefer sambal otah. Spanish latte is like sweetened cafe latte. Overall is still a valued breakfast meal. 😉

Visited this outlet several times. While ambient is nice, food was not consistent. On the last visit on 12Oct20, our egg & ben turned out with hard boiled egg. Earlier while placing order, we're attended by this rude Malay female Assistant Store Manager that greeted us with "no use of laptop in the premise" (we carried laptops, after work). Midway ordering, my partner was calling out 2 breakfast sets when she was interrupted with an aggresive tone "instructing" us to choose drink for the first set (in other establishments, customers always finish placing orders and crew would ask what drink customer would like to pair with for Set A Set B etc. etc.) To add injury to insult, the other female crew obviously treated customers as if they are transparent. When I walked back to the counter to request for syrup, she passed one to me while "looking away". Coffee Bean, you are in service industry and you need to have some form of quality control (personnel and food) yeah? Please place a formal announcement stating "no laptops use on the premise" if that is a formal direction too so customers don't get caught by surprise. The incident happened on 12Oct20/0846/A444927. Update Apr22: place revamped, crews replaced. The place and service was much more pleasant. More seats are available.

I love coffee bean but the chicken and mushroom is not my cup of tea. It was too bland and plain.

Ordered a small English breakfast latte. Omg it tasted so diluted compared to when I Ordered it a few months back from this same outlet.The standard of the drink has dropped so much. Wanted the same drink like last time and was really disappointed in the taste. Not worth $6.90. Not ordering again.

Kitchen ventilation is not good, so the whole place is stuffed with oils smell. Food wise, the Eggs Benedict was nicely done.

I bought a rainbow salad at Jem outlet. It’s cost $10. The potion is so shocking to me!!!!! Such a miserable potion!!! Not worth to pay for $10. This potion only cost me $3 if I have it somewhere else.

This is my go-to breakfast spot and is Halal. My wife and I come here almost every second week. I usually have the breakfast platter (Continental breakfast), but my wife is more adventurous and has tried almost everything on their menu. Overall the food and service is excellent, the staff are very attentive and always have a smile on their face. The coffee here is also delicious. Would highly recommend others to try it out !!

Expensive coffee with low effort. Baristas didn't even bother doing latte art. What am I paying for...? The noisy atmosphere? The service of collecting coffee myself instead of serving it to my table? Or just the below average tasting coffee?

Not our first time here at this outlet, with prior visits mostly takeaways for just the drinks - but given that we are a member and it’s our birthday, we decided to be seated in their newly renovated space and have our complimentary cake 🍰 The yuzu cake was decent, it did felt a little sweet but not overbearing. Definitely will return for the drinks whenever we are craving for some chocolate in future.

First try on the breakfast set. 2 for $10. The waiting time was about 25-30mins althought the shop was empty. Maybe they were busy with takeaway orders. I got coffee instead of tea as I indicated, well it's ok nevermind. Didn't really expect much.
