Was looking forward to try the halal Lanzhou beef noodles from this restaurant chain. Most items on the menu come in either small or large portions. They offer free flow of noodles if you order the large bowl. Noodles are freshly hand pulled based on your choice of thickness. There are more choices of thickness as compared to the other popular restaurant chain. I settled for the small bowl of Signature Beef Noodles and the Handmade Prawn Dumplings. The beef noodles were flavourful and the broth was not too spicy. The noodles does not come with a braised egg, which is offered as a separate side dish. The prawn dumplings were quite big with around 3 prawns stuffed into each dumpling. Quite generous. Overall, it was a good meal. I will probably try the dry noodles next time.

Under my expectations. Firstly, the noodle they made didn’t seem had quality control, they didn’t remove the front part where the hand pull those noodles. (I have included the pic for this) secondly, the spicy sauce seemed no difference as 老干妈. I don’t feel special for that spicy sauce. The beef they gave seemed not generous enough.

Bland flavour soup stock during our visit but your experience might differ. Reasonable pricing, 4 dollars top-up gets you a drink and a side dish plus an egg so you literally can eat one meal and be done for the rest of the day.

Order the signature beef noodles. The soup is flavourful and gentle on taste. But I feel it is a tad bit salty, not sure if it is because of the chilli sauce or the soup itself. But the chilli is not spicy.

I ordered mala soup and it was amazing. The amazing high quality noodles were worthy for 15 dollars. Will definitely come again. Thanks for being halal certified!

I'm not a fan of beef. Today's lunch occasion is a farewell treat for colleague. Hence I ordered a bowl of dried plain noodle with vegetable and side dishes. You can choose chilli level and the noodle thickness. Surprisingly taste very good.

I'm trying out different types of crusine, but it's not disappointing . The homemade dumpling the must to try for. Prolly I will definitely be back due to the dumpling. Go and give it a try!!

Now my go to for an alternative to Bar Chor Mee or Fish Ball Noodle🤤 Tried the dry beef noodle with thin flat noodle, the chilli brought out a depth of umami. The noodles were perfectly cooked, with a springy texture that complemented the beef. Beef was a little tad dry but the sauce made up for it. Overall, the noodles was well-balanced and satisfying, without being too heavy or overwhelming. I would highly recommend this beef noodle store to anyone looking for a quick delicious and satisfying meal.

The dry noodles could’ve been better sauced. It wasn’t tasty enough or had the desired spiciness. Service was great

Clean and bright dining place. Service was prompt and staff was friendly as well as attentive. Food made to order. Hence, excluding cold side dishes, food was served hot! Order the shrimp dumpling and has it dip with chilli oil and dark vinegar. Delicious!

Affordable beef noodles but taste was really really average. We had their signature beef noodles (s) and dry beef noodles (s) at $11.90 nett each. Food was served pretty fast, the noodles were chewy but beef was really dry. Service was really good though, the staff were friendly and food was served within 5 mins. Would personally rate it 3.5 stars but Google only like whole numbers so :”)

Had the signature beef noodles soup and the fried noodles with chicken. Large in portion, small in taste. Staffs were prompt in service.

Ordered the beef soup with chilli and added on several side dishes. The side dishes were slightly below average. Overall the taste is not to my liking.

Located at the corner of Century Square Mall, my friend and I are looking for something to eat. And we noticed this restaurant. Very tasty noodles. The serving can feed four people actually. The ambiance is like a vintage style of cutlerys. Space on each table is ok. The spicyness is acceptable. Menu guide can easily understand. And the staff is quite attentive when receiving the order.
