Located at level 1 of Junction 8 shopping mall. Conveniently located. Bight and clean. Food wise- standard with the rest of Macdonald. A good place to enjoy your breakfast.

Big Breakfast 🥞 quality of the eggs taste weird like a plastic smells, my sick husband felt like vomiting after consumed, bread very hard suggest you bring Mc Griddles back into the menu again. McDonald’s J8 gave no straws while delivery 🚚 is there a policy stating that no straws? No? What’s the use of having bread in your menu without providing butter 🧈 ? Save up cost doesn’t mean is good, this are small essentials to customers paying more than $20 to your profits. Please don’t leave out the delivery note 📝 comments session in your delivery apps. Your staff can just skip this column without having to follow.

Staff packed the items in a bag and handed to me. They left out 2 cups of beverages and also the Signature Collection Angus Beef BLT was glamourously charred and dry.

Sir Andrew is the best among the rest of the crew. Despite his just a crew, he knew how to do table touch and engagement. I was to amazed how he was very friendly despite busy bussing or clearing table. I observe him and he was really talking to every customer table to table. He was fast also and efficient clearing tables for the upcoming customers. Good job to Uncle Andrew.

Service is good and the outlet is clean. The staff made sure my hubby and I were fully vaccinated before being allowed entry. We were here around 9pm and there was no queue. However the cross cut fries is not as nice here. [Date of review: 24 Aug 2021] I was here for light snacks this evening around 5:30pm. I think the waiting time was pretty long, around 30 minutes. Also I noticed no one was manning the ice cream counter and many customers had to press the bell to call for a staff. Curry sauce was not given by default for table service when I ordered nuggets. Utilising Double Mcspicy 50% off promotion. Today am blessed with hot French Fried served. But sometimes, especially night time, there can be staff with very lacking service or supervisor/manager who cannot be bothered.

I bought this big mac at queenstown mac ride out. My sis told me that the Macdonalds at j8 ran out of burger at 1pm. This is so shocking. They couldn't even fulfil this deal at lunchtime.

Double prosperity burger - $8.30 They were running a 1-for-1 double prosperity burger deal. Got 2 burgers for $8.30. It tasted like a commercialised black pepper burger. Could be because it's McDonald's. Wish they'd bring the McGriddles back though.

Ordered takeaway in the evening at around 8:30pm. There were no queues at the self checkout counter but there was a backlog of orders - multiple orders were left at the counter while customers were standing waiting for queue number to be called. There was only one staff at the counter while the others just stood there. Since the staff checked the bag when the order was called, I assumed that the order was correct and left. However, order was wrong. Food and fries were soggy.

Went today evening around 7.15pm. Ordered a 6 piece McNuggets meal takeaway, but to my horror when I opened my takeout at home, there were only 4 nuggets inside. Absolutely disappointed at McDonalds.

The shop was crowded. I ordered grilled chicken wrap and gave me nuggets. I just realized once I reached home. Edited: managed to call the store and manager was understanding and apologized. She arranged to deliver grilled chicken wrap + apple pie extra. Thank you 😊

Worst Mac in SG. Take away order was took 1 hr and male staff who dealed with customer was not helpful, just told 'check yourself' and screaming, never seen such rude service staff. Can't manage this volume of orders then don't take, wasted my time.

Samurai chicken burger was nice especially the sauce! The green tea ice cream was okay only, it's not matcha, but green tea. The seaweed fries were very flavourful too.

J8 Hub managers you need to monitor your staffs diligence in their service. This week itself keep missing items from 2nd time of order. And it seems alot of customers feedback thru grab platform of missing items getting more and more. As busy as you maybe, your service not on par. You dont expect delivery riders to check on behalf of your side also right? Do something.

i am v dissappinted with your service, i went to bishan outlet at 24th Jan 11.20pm and ordered food using the apps. The app charged my order twice but the orders never went through. When i asked the store manager for night shift, a malay lady, her attitude is damn bad. She literally told us with a v bad tone that nothing she can do since no order was received, as if it s our fault. Worst service i ve ever seen. Paid twice, didnt even get my food and still need to get scold by your night shift store manager? Bravo MCD SG.
