Hand rolled shouldn't mean ugly. I had softer and properly rolled ones elsewhere.

They offer great pretzels ever.. It's so fresh and , taste just so heavenly and amazing staff.. I love to keep coming back for more... Great job guys

Always an easy place to grab a snack and especially if you can't make up your mind about what lunch/dinner could be....works everytime. Staff could be better at making suggestions though...

Friendly and good service from Auntie Anne outlet at Parkway Parade shopping mall. On the spot freshly made soft and chewy pretzels, many sweet & savoury favours available. Expect brisk business as queue form quickly during peak hours. Tip: Sign up as a member online and get one time use newbie one for one voucher. Two pretzels for the price of one! Also, during your birthday month another one for one voucher will be issued and to be used within 30 days.

It use to be nice and my go to n place whenever I'm here at parkway. My regular Philippine lady is no longer working here after so many years. 2 malay girls here working now with attitude issues. Dont even wear gloves. Super rude and shouted at the q for everyone to be 1m apart. Understand the situation but is there a need to be so rude. Pretzels bought were super hard. My son having a hard time chewing. Even myself. Doubt I'm coming back again!!!!!!!!

I LOVE cinnamon pretzels so I was happy to see this store at my neighbourhood mall. There is not too much to say about this place, although the consistency of the pretzel is not always there. Sometimes it can be a bit hard and not have much butter / sugar compared to other days. So... not the best outlet, but good to get your fix!

Poor attitude of staff in full headgear, unable to calculate change, had to point out she gave me $1.60 more, burnt Pretzel dog. To the business owners, you don't deserve this, good luck.
