Not worth my $30. Although the steak arrives hot. The cold plate doesn’t help keep the food warm. You guys should consider warming up the plates in the oven. Your mac and cheese taste like cough syrup. Your shoe string fries are not cooked fresh - taste like you guys left it out for while. Latte was okay. Overall, the experience feels like a fast food restaurant. As I am typing this review, why do I hear music from the kitchen?

Went to the outlet at T1. It was moderately crowded. Ordered our food at Monday, 23rd May at 7.39pm. Drinks was served first but our food was served more than 30mins later, at around 8.15pm. Food was dreadful. It looks pale, the steak was burnt and the fries looked stale as though it was left out for hours. It was cold not even warm! (McDonald's fries were better) Extremely disappointing. It was not worth the wait AT ALL. Not to mention, I ordered my steak medium rare but it came as overcooked, so it was dry and tough. Definitely won't recommend, do consider dining at other restaurants. Also, saw another diner sent his steak back to the kitchen but did not get his food back for quite sometime. He left the restaurant in the end.

Came here with my family on a Saturday night. It was moderately crowded and we managed to get seats immediately after arriving. Ordered quite a number of items and it definitely filled our stomachs.

Does not know why or what happens . The kind of Aston's experience is totally not there .. order a chicken and steak combo . The steak is like less than 100grams . Chicken is grilled nothing special . Barbeque sauce lost its charms . Mac and cheese as blunt as it gets . Do not know it's me or the meal . I do not feel any soul in the food . Takes a while from order till you get your food . Setting me at almost $30 SGD , I simply do not see any value at all.

A little on the slow side, the medium rare steak I asked for turned out to be medium! Only food thing is the water is free and the space is large enough to house a lot of people!

Reach at around 5pm on a weekend and there were many seats available. However, we queued for more than 10mins at the cashier to get our orders. There is no service charge and GST so price is pretty reasonable. Waited for another 20 mins to have our food served. Ordered steak medium and it's cooked nicely. Grilled fish was a disappointment as there is a strong thaw smell. Chicken chop is pretty normal standard as expected. French rice is not hot when served.

When we came here for lunch, after ordering the food, we waited really long for the food to be served!!!!!😢 I really wanted to give a 2 to 3 star reviews….😞 However, I still liked the yummy food we have ordered after a long wait!!!!!😁 So this point I really got the full 5 star review…. The food was really delicious!!! Wonder why the reviews I see for this place is really bad? Could be due to the time waiting though…🫱😀🫠 Nonetheless, I loved the food!!! It was really delectable! I think next time we would dine at Terminal 4 outlet instead?? Wonder why the food took a really long time to cook… P.S the food was served warm and hot!!!🤪✌️🤩

Drinks came after all of us had finished our food (steaks etc). Best part, i order my steak to be in medium and it arrived at least medium rare, some part were rare and meat were semi-cold. The quality of food here keeps declining. Service is slow as usual, even with no crowds. I think they won’t improve until people stop patronizing.

The service was good and Rashid was Profesional in handling the cashier and was cheerful throughout all customers. The two star is for the food, I couldn't eat two mouth of the carbonara it was as if the chef dropped the whole jar of salt on it. I should have complain but I just left it as is. The steak was well cooked to perfection but sadly it had no seasoning at all. Only paid $36, so I don't expect the highest of standard of rib eye cut.

Excellent place to be in. It's located near the viewing mall & you could take a look at planes afterwards. The chef cooked 🍳 perfectly medium rare. Do drop him a follow on his ig @ch47n.

We came at 8.00pm, thus, not crowded. Fast service (10 min for 2 dishes). Nice and cozy restaurant. You need to order and pay at the reception. Food is good, at least for Asian like us.

Food is cold table wasnt cleaned properly, still have the torn piece of the packet of chili sauce on the table and bits of food still on table. Food was cold , was the food ready and left for 20mins then it was served to my table.

I enjoyed my experience here. The food was quite good but the price point is quite up there. Food was serve within 15mins and the staff were all very friendly and helpful:)

Quiet place despite at wednesday 6pm. Water are self service. New crew as cashier. Double up was nice. Order mac and cheese and coleslaw. Hubby order medium rare steak but was given medium, when we approach them, the crew asked, so u want to change new plate? Order spite float, not nice.

The chef is having a bad day.. Salmon spaghetti has burnt Salmon, hardly any fish but taste only cheese! The mushroom soup tastes like kaya! It seems the cook has mistakenly added sugar instead of salt! Never come again…

Chicken chop was well cooked and grilled with a nice sear on both ends till it has a crispy crust as well. Value for money in a place like the airport, depending on wat u order. Service staff is polite and seating area is comfortable and spacious. Will be back if in the vicinity

Twice I had dinner at this outlet and twice was I disappointed. First, the food portion was very small compared to other outlets. Just look the size of steak in the picture. Second, the outlet has this stench nearer to the viewing deck. Third, one of the crew took a piece of fries from a customers order when he was at the kitchen. Lastly, there’s this aunty who is very rude. Twice I was not happy with her customer service. I just finished my dinner and she straight came away to clean up my plate I was flabbergasted by this reaction 👎🏽

The service and food hygiene sucks. After we had ordered the food and waited for 20 mins, we started to remind them the food and the answers we got is that the foods are in preparation. After 3 or 4 round of reminding, as we are rushing to go onboard our flight, we spoke to the restaurant manager and the food was finally served after one hour. There are very little customers in the restaurant, yet don't understand why they can miss or delay the order. The best parts inspire of late serving, I found a plastic waste in my salad as attached photos. Really got no time to argue with the staff as we are rushing time to onboard our flight. Will never visit this restaurant again. better go to the Burger King on next door. faster and cheaper and no food hygiene concern.

Back then in 2 years ago ate at Andes By Astons at Changi Airport Terminal 1 with my family. We here with my friend to dine in there’s no QR Code. But decided to wrote on the paper in the bill. We order the 3 sets with my friend Darren. Very kind staff to approaching them where’s the ice water. He said the ice water need to take yourself. Sadly we don’t have pasta and Mac & cheese.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Andes restaurant in Changi Airport Terminal 1, where I experienced exceptional service provided by Rashid, one of the floor staff members. Rashid's professionalism, attentiveness, and warm hospitality truly enhanced our dining experience. From the moment we arrived, Rashid welcomed us with a friendly smile and ensured we were seated comfortably. His knowledge of the menu, especially the steak options, was impressive. Based on his recommendation, I tried the New York Steak, and it was absolutely delicious - cooked to perfection and bursting with flavour. Throughout the meal, Rashid was attentive to our needs, ensuring our foods are all out and served timely and if there is any additional sauces needed and checking on us regularly. His genuine care for our dining experience was evident, making us feel valued as guests. Additionally, the overall ambiance of Andes restaurant was delightful, creating a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere for our meal. Overall, I highly recommend dining at Andes restaurant, especially if you're a steak enthusiast. Be sure to ask for Rashid's recommendation for exceptional service and try their delicious steaks for a memorable dining experience.
