I must say I am impressed with this outlet as the suntec outlet gave me a feeling of meh and that outlet felt like another yoshinoya clone. This time around, I thought the UX is really perfected for the price. Queue and waiting time were not unbearable during peak periods. When we sat down we were pleasantly greeted with complimentary water already. Scanning the menu and digitally ordering the food was snappy and the best part was, we are NOT forced to enter tedious credit card information and make payment when the stomach is already growling. Food was delivered in an instant , the half boiled eggs were cooled (I believe on purpose) because my gf commented how easy the eggs came out of the shell, the beef was nice and portions were sufficient. Is this better than yoshinoya, overall definitely. Will I come back again? Pretty sure I will.

Order was really easy and food was served very prompt. Amazing efficiency. Ordered gyudon and beef yakiniku don. Serving size was pretty generous though customer had the choice to decide which size they want. Both were full of flavors. Cashier made a mistake but was quickly rectified upon my feedback. That also meant some time wasted to wait for the payment to go through.

First time trying. Not bad I must say. I tried the combo bowl and my wife ordered the yakiniku bowl. Both taste good! Do remember to order M size if you’re not very very hungry as the serving are very generous.

Reasonably priced beef bowls. This explains why it's always so crowded with long queues. My first issue is when I took a seat at the tall chair area, my knee immediately hit the wooden piece below the table meant for you to keep your bag..what kinda design is that lol. Anyway, food was served promptly, portions were good - a tad too much rice I feel, but good for rice lovers & carbo-loaders haha. The new white radish beef bowl was alright.. Sour-zesty radish with savoury beef? Unique taste. I got the one with cheese & Tabasco, not bad too. If you come after 6:30pm, queue gets super long. Also they have A LOT of GrabFood & FoodPanda orders so, do cut them some slack.

Very reasonably priced for food at Tampines. Bought this only at $6.50. The onsen egg was so good, chicken well cooked and marinated. This was M size and was just nice a 1 pax serving. Really so delicious. For those who don’t eat beef like me got salmon and chicken options too. This was so much better than yoshinoya, where the serving is the same but priced higher. Highly recommend this place for a quick meal at great price. Will definitely visit again to try other food! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Had curry rice with yakiniku. Service staff on duty was warm and friendly. 5 star for her. Food served was pretty fast. We came early around 10am (23/08/23) when they're just opened. No other customer at all so there were lot of seats to choose from. Management if you are reading this. Please Give our greatest compliment to the friendly lone lady staff at the front when the shop was just opened! Overall, experience was great. Two thumbs up 👍🏻👍🏻

Overall was ok. Brings back the memories I had eating at Yoshinoya. The flavours were in point and the free Roasted green tea was nice too. The service need can be better but I truly understand that maybe your outlet is short of manpower. Thanks for making it Halal for the Muslim community to enjoy the halal version of Japanese beef rice.

Stumbled on this place during lunch time and was happy that they had the salmon bowl. I sat down, ordered and paid for my food via the QR code, and was promptly served my food. The portion was sufficient and the food tasted nice. The service staff was also rather efficient, a good cheap Japanese rice bowl shop.

First time trying Sukiya Gyudon SG. Glad that they are now Halal certified. I order using QRcode, food came fast. I had the Unagi rice with beef it was good.. Unagi flavor was both lightly salty and sweet (be careful of the tiny bones) . Beef was so tender. I order M and the portion was big. I was so surprised by the side green kangkong (simple fried with garlic and still crunchy) Miso soup was good too! I’m note sure if the air-con was having issue on the day I visited.. but it seems the other shops in Century Square was warm too. I came for breakfast and the only one in it. I was sweating while eating.! But glad the food was good!

I love the beef bowl here, the rice is Super!! Go with their kimchi makes it tastes even nicer! Appreciate greatly that they have various sizes & choices that caters to my needs like more meat lesser rice, low carbo, etc. Especially they have fried vegetables, spring onions, lady fingers, salads that help me to have a healthy meal! ❤️ Their service staffs are prompt & friendly even on busy days!👍

Food was delicious! I had the Curry beef rice, a salad and Earl grey milk tea. Food arrived hot. Will be back to try other dishes. There isn't alot of seating space here, and had to queue for about 15min. Noisy environment, the music playing in the background was awful.

Cheap and good! Really nothing much to complain about at this price point. Service is fast and easy as well. Gets a bit crowded during peak .Ealing times so if you want a slow meal, I wouldn't go at those timings

Service recovery for mistake is horrible. I went to order takeaway for my family on Sunday around 7pm. I went home and realised that my egg gyudon is short of an egg. As I live right opposite I decided to go back to inform them of this, with photo and receipt in hand. I was met by Alice who told me I need to bring all 3 bowls down before they can give me the egg. First off the eggs are separately packed me bringing down the 3 bowls serves no purpose and second no one would walk all the way there just to scam 1 egg. Alice was hostile and unwilling to help until finally she say "just one egg take it and leave" The issue here isn't about the egg but service recovery. Food is good and cheap but u get what u pay for. Basic service is non existent and if they screw up your order expect to be treated like u are the one who made a mistake and is trying to be difficult. The manager came to speak to me later informing me he can give me 1 more egg or waive off the bill. This also shows he has no clue on what the issue is and thinks everyone is after that little bit of freebies. I come from the service industry and if u guys need help I can offer training for free. But as of current the level of service is horrible. And I believe its a cultural issue. I have never seen anyone smile despite my many times eating here. All in all 4 out of 5 for the food. 0 for the service

This is the limited period demi-glace mushroom gravy gyudon. I expect more from the taste, maybe because of the higher price tag. The mushroom "fragrance" should be richer in my opinion. Overall its an "ok" from me.

Their food here are quite good Liked it I initially came here directly dine in for dinner on Saturday evening along my family, accompanying my sister's husband-in-law, her baby daughter and domestic helper who took us here today for the reasonable selected edible eats me personally tried out recommended set for curry rice with half boiled eggs and chicken karaage combo plus iced lemon tea assisted by my mum's advice me sitted beside with her select the adequate meal from the menu. Service is decent. There are no service charges. The atmosphere here is pleasing and filled as diners and eaters who are free on their day off coming here to eat as well.

My number 1 go-to place before work. Rly love and appreciate the service and the enormous portions and variety of different dons where I could just settle my lunch and takeaway if I can’t finish for dinner 💯 Shout out to the amazing staff - Farhan who gave me extra meat portions because I accidentally ordered L and XM, he is extremely nice and rly accommodative to my needs even thought there was a hectic crowd! 💖 Looking forward to try the different dons in the future✨

One of the staff named Farhan is very helpful & deligent. He has made my 1st visit to Sukiya Century Square such a pleasant one. Thou he was very busy serving & cleaning, he has made time to to explain & assist me & my partner pertaining to our queries. With just a simple gesture, it has made my day!

Very affordable beef don~ Taste and portions are good for the price! Fast service too. This time I tried the crispy garlic one, super fragrant~ Chili garlic flakes went so well with the rice and a lot of garlic topped on it! This one is only for garlic lovers though as your breath will really smell like garlic 😂

A comfortable environement for the family and friends to have a meal. Decently priced in a mall with air-conditioning. And the staffs were very helpful. Even when my QR system was down. They wanted to ensure that I got my order promptly.
