the cashier, chia yin or something, was so rude and have no patience to the customers and when I wanted to change my order she didn't allow and instead said "key in already". her attitude was so bad that I didnt had any mood to eat anymore. not only that, the customer in front of us was deciding whether to take away anot, she literally jusy keep repeating "take away or eat here" loudly instead of waiting patiently. to me, this is a very rude attitude and her service is bad.

Very good service to the malay girl who has a ponytail at the cashier. Her shift is at 4pm, 2 dec. Thank you for keying in our orders Very fast.

9 september 2022 cashier chayin was quite rude; was raising her voice at all customers agressively. Customers seemed intimidated amd taken aback. I hope necessary actions are taken thank you.

The cashier's attitude was so bad , have no patience. Waited for so long just to get a cheese fries with little cheese. There is even a bug inside my drink. This is the worst kfc outlet among those that I has went to.

The worst cashier. Rude & showing Attitude. She can even challenge me If want to complaint. Complaint lah. Telling She not worried. Even can say Won't die if never work at KFC. Really disappointed with such behaviour. If front of manager still can shout at customer. Until manager need to control her still can show attitude. When demand an apology. She refused even manager asked her to do so.
