Pad Thai quite nice here, but the beef is a little tough, I think slices would be better than chunks of beef. Otherwise noodles cooked nicely. Apparently they are famous for the beef soup but I haven't tried that yet since it's so hot lately.

Refreshing loaded bowl of Thai beef noodles after a hike down Henderson Waves. Overall quite flavorful with hints of basil and mint. Generous meat portions and quick serving.

It's been a long time since I've come to seah im hawker center. Was in the vicinity, so thought I'd drop by to try some hawker food. Thaksin beef noodle is one of the recommended food places in a number of blogs. Chinese speaking customers will be delighted to know that all the staff can converse in Chinese. As for customer service... well it's a hawker center after all. The bowl is loaded with beef parts; meat, tripe, gelatinous bits which I reckon is tendon, as well as a generous serving of your choice of carbs. Load up with the fish sauce with chilli as well as the chilli flakes to have a 🔥 experience! Will come back for the pad Thai!

Had a fulfilling meal of Thai Beef bee hoon noodles. Tasty and delicious. The beef were tendered. Only 1 person to serve many orders including Online orders. She was really overworked. So have to be patient in the Q line.

Worst service ever, not recommended at all! I'm not expecting 5* service, no of course. I ordered phad thai with no bean sprout, the staff mumbling without looking at me so i just ignore, she then turn and with voices raised..$3 or $6?! I said $6. She then proceed to cook with bean sprout, thats when i raised my voice as well, mentioning i order without bean sprout, the staff then rudely cancel my order and asked for the next order. She has problems with listening. Happens on 9th June at 2pm. I use to always buy pad thai here, no more after this! I worked in the service industry and always recommend this place. Will no longer do it and in fact, will discourage people from patronising this place!

one of the beef noodles i truly enjoy. all the meat parts are tender. and the veggies are generous too. caution with the chilli flakes tho it can be really hot and spicy and sweaty. the pad thai is nice too. im craving for this already while typing 😩

Tried the beef noodle soup. Beef cube are tough and the soup is ok. Pad thai with beef is good.

Hot bowl of soup noodle served in plastic disposable bowl. Take away seems to have additional $0.30 for maybe the same container? The smallest size is $8 and there are a number of beef cubes. Taste wise, not my cup of tea and at this price, I would rather get a local version of beef noodle instead.

Regular plain Phad Thai is $4.00 & add beef is $7.50 at a hawker centre. Here’s the thing, there are only 3 cubes of beef & 1 tendon cube. Not very generous. The eggs is filled with wok taste that add fragrant to the overall noodles. The chives were limited too. Sadly my favourite Yong Tau Foo stall no longer exist which was why I decided to try something different which I will not say is great, but just regular plate of overpriced phad Thai, there’s no shortage of good Thai food locally.

Have passed by this stall for years and decided to try it after hiking Mt Faber. Got the $12 portion (Jan 24). It was just alright and nothing really stood out for me. Felt it was a bit pricey and I prefer the hwa heng / Odeon version of beef noodles. Not very likely to buy again.

Phad Thai is tasty but quite oily. Prefer that they don't use styrofoam and single-use plastic cutleries. Wonder if they have a dishwashing place at Seah Im food centre as noticed many stalls using disposable cutleries...
