Placed a self pickup order at the Century Square outlet and asked for extra cili padi. Self pickup means its more to a grab and go concept due to time constraint. Arrived at the shop to find only one tube cili padi given (with barely a few pieces that you can count). Asked for one more and was told off “there! take yrself” (or in a another words, scoop myself) from the container. I had to open up the plastic tie, open up the tube lid which was already in a mess leaving my hands sticky, and scoop up the leftover cili padi which they did not top up. Look their food is not cheap. They have good food but unfortunately their service is really bad. Please improve on your service as we are paying customers and the way youre serving us food is so horrible.

I used to patron this stall. It was alright. But today 4 June 2023 the staffs were not paying attention to my orders. Pls be careful when ordering especially from the fat Chinese male staff. He will not admit his mistake and blame customers for not listening to customers order. My total order was just 3 sets !!!!

Soup is bland. No effort when food is being prepared. Found bug in soup with wings still attached in my soup.

I ordered two tom yam fried fish soup from this stall via FoodPanda. Firstly, the fried fish given was only 4 pieces for two meals! Secondly, when i finished eating, i fished out a dead cockroach from the soup! Complaint made to NEA over the cleanliness of the stall and the poor service. Damn rip off, paid expensive price for delivery but give substandard service

Visit on Thursday 19/11/2020 with my wife Order 2 bowl Bitter Gourd BeeHoon soup. Inform the staff 1 bowl I don't want BeeHoon. Staff told me cannot, if I want fish soup only I need to order steamboat fish soup. Staff even mention is their company policy. To me is like why cannot , I am not asking for discount I still pay whatever price stated on the menu. Will not patronize the stall again....
