I was having my breakfast meal on 7 April at Subway Seletar Mall branch. Joanne had recommend the popular set meal as I was wondering what to order. After settled down and completed my meal, I accidentally spills some tea on the floor. Staff were quick to moped up the spills. That's efficiency. Joanne even offered to let me have another cup of coffee which I humbly rejected as I had already finished my meal. That's the warmth, friendliness and delighting customers service. I also observed some regular customers were greeted by Joanne and they were very friendly towards each other. Joanne is an asset to this Organisation. Keep it up, Joanne.

The Caucasian staff was impatient and very rude. Not the first time I encounter him. I ordered a roasted chicken wrap from him, and he took a multigrain bread with roasted chicken. I mentioned to him that my order was a wrap and not bread. He looked at me and continued cutting the bread without a single word. Again, I told him my order was a wrap. He raised his voice and said loudly, “I listen to you”. It didn't sound polite. He should tell me if he was preparing others’ orders and will serve me later. I mentioned my order twice to avoid any missed hearing of my order.

Chicken bulgogi, suppose to be serve with mozzarella cheese "as stated in their menu" but im being served cheddar instead. Talk to the service staff but they insisted that they are right. Hopefully, the management can review their menu.

Friendly staff and quick service. It’s franchised so taste standard is all almost the same, but service level might vary. Went once it’s not v long queue but service was slow. ☹️ But today was swift and nice. Keep it up and good job! 😊

Crowded place especially during lunch hours wish there were more settings available. Otherwise the quality of service was very good. Nothing to complain about

Nice outlet at the mall entrance facing MRT/bus interchange. They only do takeway after 9:45PM and inform no dining in restaurant. Anyway, there few sitting place at the walkway/passage space between mall & MRT. The tuna sandwiches are good, they go well with a drink.

I would like to comment on this particular staff, Aryan. There was a long queue when I went to Subway yesterday for dinner. However, Aryan, who was taking the initial orders worked fast and still maintained good customer service, he was very polite.

New employees have definitely breathed new life into the outlet. Very fast and accomodating. Old employees sometimes didn't even cut my footlong in half...

My five stars is for trainee Mr Theban. He assisted his fellow trainee as she was struggling and holding up the line. He worked both the meat and salad stations efficiently and was patient to a "Karen" customer too. Great work to all the staff too. Not easy to be standing for hours each day. Keep it up everyone :)

Do note that 2 pieces of chicken ham and cheese toasties is $5.60 and not $4.50 as shown in the notice. Cashier follows the system strictly and expects no negotiation. Nice young male staff tried to "argue" gently with the cashier but system wins.. So if you think that buying 2 pieces of the same flavour toasties is cheaper based on their notice, sorry but no way.. buy different flavours or just 1 piece if there is no need to buy more.. And please remove the misleading notice if it is strictly $2.80 per piece.. gave 4 stars because the sandwich artists work pretty hard and food isn't bad.

There were available seats when I arrived. While ordering, the lady asked me something in her language to which I was not able to respond immediately so I asked again but did not answer me back and talked to her colleague. I also asked her if the drink was unlimited, she said yes but upon observation it was not. Food was no doubt delicious. Ingredients were fresh and condiments made the sandwich taste even better.

1 stay around, and this subway is almost everyday breakfast for me. I don't ask for much, just hoping to get a more portion of corn and cucumber since I only order 2 vegetables. Politely asking for more corn every day! However, they never add more for me. This is truly unfair to customers who pay the prices but never get what they pay for.

I am a breakfast regular customer there. I like to feedback. I always order sausage egg breakfast. The egg is always not standard as in the size and most of the time the egg is very thin. I mean it should be a acceptable standard one. Please improve thank you.
