Good ingredients makes for good food. Soups are hot / warm. Flatbreads are surprisingly appetizing. Unlike others, my wait time wasn't long. Would prefer if the prices were lower though because it's not like this is a full service restaurant.

Vegetarian food availability: 4 stars Only some items on the menu is vegetarian the rest are mostly meat. Delicious and hot soups. The soups they serve over here is delicious. It is boiling hot and is perfect for a scrumptious meal. They have add ones such as flat breads as well as sandwiches. They compliment your food very well. The vegetable set is bit bland though. The staff are friendly and their service is efficient. However, there is a long queue for food and people sit there talking even when someone is waiting in the line. Overall, good food and place.

nice ambience at their hillion mall outlet, great deal with the soup spoon anniversary promo. we were the first customers dining in at 11am, store’s opening. everything was great, except for the miso noodles which needed improvement taste-wise. there were also free samples for their new soups, which was a nice touch. we were very full from this.

ordered 3 tomato soups and got 3 different soups instead. another time, I found a green rubber band inside my saigon bowl. I tried contacting customer service + submitting feedback through their website, but no one picked up. very disappointing

The place was packed in the evening as usual, but still managed to get a seat. Ordered their freedom bowl where you can choose your own greens and toppings. This bowl of super green is super healthy with broccoli, kale, edamame and their rosemary chicken filet. Most people will order their soup, which I sometimes feel not worth compare to their salad options, though it's on a pricey side.
