Satisfying experience, great service, friendly Muslim staff.. ordered Terikyaki chicken with egg, Saba & Chicken, Salmon with rice, Beef plate with rice. Yum yum. We need to stir fry the food while they are sent sizzling to our table! Get into action, don't just sit and watch the sizzle!! :) weekdays have student meals, remember to bring your student id to enjoy the discount!

One of our go to place for dinner when we run out of options and no mood to eat at home. The regulars we order is pepper rice with chicken, mushroom & broccoli and chicken rice with cheese sauce. Lil pricey compared to other branches in food courts. But you have good space and service to it. Jus so hot, good n yummy food to dig in!

It has been awhile since i had pepper lunch. The food is really nice and smells great. The service is good and food is served to us once it is ready. There is no service charge. GST is already included in the price. The price range is higher compared to their stalls at food courts. The restaurant is spacious and there is safe distance between customers.

Went to this place for Iftar. Was told to queue at 1845hrs. The food tasted good as expected. Remember to cook EVERYTHING on the hotplate then pour your gravy (if any)

Confirm plus chop, every time I eat at Pepper Lunch Singapore (this time at Bedok Mall), I feel good and satisfied. If you're after some sizzling hotplate goodness, this place is the real deal, lah! I went for their pepper chicken rice and wah, the flavors were on target especially when added in with their garlic soy sauce! The sizzle of the hotplate and the aroma of the juicy chicken – shiok to the max! Can't wait to my next Pepper Lunch meal.

Spectacular service from start to end! The staff was super nice, made sure that we knew how to order and not miss out stuff! Mentioned once to the usher and she gave me options to choose from! Onto the food, still as delicious as always! The food came quickly and they were not stingy with the sauces and ingredients! Still good quality enough such that even if I did cook my lunch badly, it would still be a great experience!

Staff was attentive. I accidentally dropped my spoon. As I was dining alone, I had to gather my things to go ask for a new spoon but a female staff (middle aged) was already on her way with a new spoon for me. I was pleasantly surprised cos I wasn't expecting such an attentive service. 👍🏼👍🏼🎁

Visited here because I took the wrong bus lol. Jokes aside I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly the server was. I thought it was expensive but the quality of the food convinces you otherwise from the soup, vegetables, meat and desert everything's felt just right. Definitely would come again when I am nearby

Food was AMAZING!! I had "The GIANT (Aust. Beef) 230g" the meat was soo juicy and tender... one of the most tender meat I have consumed. I highly recommend 👌

If y’all going to dine in, this is the worst outlet to choose from. Aircon leaking since the last time I came (9 months ago). The aircon water either hits you or your food first 😮💨

Loved the meal here, always never fails to satisfy me. My usual order is the Japanese curry with cheese and beef, completed with a set meal that comes with miso soup and one side of your choice (highly recommend the mash potato). They also provide two different brown sauces that you can take and I always put it in my rice before stirring everything together after cooking the beef. Very tasty all together especially with the curry sauce poured all over which the melted cheese. Always will come back for more. Price is worth it and is a filling meal for one.

This branch is a regular haunt for us – the staff consistently provides friendly service without sacrificing efficiency. It can get a little crowded at peak times, which is understandable given they're maximizing space, but the lines move quickly. We still highly recommend this spot, just a heads-up that planning your visit outside of peak hours might ensure a smoother experience.

I love coming here for late lunch it’s usually quieter and less people. But recently the service has gone down a lot. The cashier is curt in his replies and there is no smile or anything. Usually a malay lady will be at the cashier and she’s always friendly. Today the kitchen was extremely noisy with the kitchen staff shouting and talking loudly over the music in the shop making the atmosphere not pleasant to eat in. The food however is still of good standard.

Was there just now ( 6 April ) and the staff especially the one in the pic i attached was EXTREMELY loud and noisy, kept singing and making a ruckus. What’s worst is that exactly at 7:51pm she coughed right into her hand and then went to touch a customers pick up order. You can check your security cam. She’s noisier than the whole restaurant man seriously. 😑 Couldn’t eat in peace cause she kept yelling urgh headache. PLEASE tell her to talk softly thanks...

Been here twice , steaks are always good. I thought i went for the spaghetti but didnt realise it was dry. Service was great on the 8th april.
