I came here to eat out with my friends and had a good catch up. Even on a weekday, it's impressive how it is packed with so many people. The interior design of the restaurant looks great and I like how the tables are arranged. The waiters were friendly and polite. However they can work on serving the food faster as we waited 20 minutes long for our food. Nevertheless it is really a great hangout place. Highly recommended!

Made a reservation for a Monday afternoon (Public Holiday) but restaurant was almost fully empty. Ordered a few Danish and New York Fish n Chips student meals which was really reasonably priced for a large portion of fish and sides. Great that it was still available on a public holiday and also came with free flow of soft drinks. Had their seafood platter as well that includes many prawns, mussels, black pepper squid and fish with fries and rice too. Can feed 2-3 people but prawns could have been fresher. Overall good portions and above average quality

If you are looking for a place serving Western food mix with Seafood, you can choose Fish & Co. I came here with my little brother for lunch on Saturday. Our reservation is 1:30pm, we came a little bit early but the staff was so friendly and still let us in though at that time it was quite crowded and had a queue. We ordered: - Fried Calamanri. We were recommended this dish by Ms. Florence and it is delicious. You should try it. Deep fried but the inside is not dried out, and the outside skin is still crispy. Yet, you have to eat fast or else at the end of the meal, the cover will be soggy. - Singapore Fish and Chips and Salted Egg Fish and Chips. TBH, the portion is quite big for both of us (as you can see in the picture). One big slice of fish, goes together with chips and tartar sauce. For the SG Fish and Chips, I quite like the sauce dripping on top of the fish, I just wish I could have more of that sauce. The Salted Egg portion is good too. If you have small belly (like me), you can order one portion of any Fish and Chips then some side dishes will be better, since both of us could not finish all the chips. - Soup of the day - Creamy Mushroom Soup. Love the soup too. Creamy but not too greasy, fine seasoning, not too thick as well. - Blue Lagoon and Tropical Breeze are normal, just like other coffee shop. In general, my brother and me are satisfied with the food here,. One thing is that the portion is quite big for me. I have not tried the seafood menu yet, but for sure, I will comeback. Oh! All of the staff here are very friendly as well, especially Florence. She helped us take the order and recommend which one is perfect for our meal. At the end of your meal, they will ask you to fill in a survey to improve their service quality, what do you think about the quality of the food, the attitude of staff, anything to improve and so on. Fish & Co. website is quite easy to use. All the information you need to know is there, from the Menu, price, to promotions, reservation, etc. You can have a look before deciding to make a reservation.

Craving fish n chips all the time and I manage to try this. At first I was shocked but after I couldn’t finished it. The portion look small but when I consume I have to be divided into half and the other half I ate during my supper. Staffs all are so busy. But they managed to additionally top up the tartar sauce for me. Also they help to take away and add on sauce for me to. During dinner time is really packed with people and also staff are busy cleaning and taking order. Luckily one of them get sometimes to stand at cashier. They accept cash term. 👍🏻 Food nice and big portion. 👍🏻 Environment is cold and mall view 👍🏻 Suitable for solo traveller having meals here 👍🏻

Visited during the Deepavali long weekend and surprisingly it wasn’t too crowded for a Saturday Dinner. Had the platter for 2, portion is rather generous and quality is overall quite decent! Service was good, albeit the waiting time for the food was slightly long as they looked like they were short on manpower.

Fish & Co makes good garlic bread outside of their fish and chips. The spread was buttery and flavorful with herbs. The soup was nice although some might find it weird with the hint of coconut milk flavor. The buffalo wings were a tad dry. The Danish Fish & Chips is quite normal as mozarella is quite a mild tasting cheese. The New York Fish & Chips though had parmesan which adds flavor and dimension to the taste of the fish. The service crew seems a bit inattentive as they forgot our drinks order and seems kind of blur at times.

My husband and I dine last night and enjoyed our late dinner date. First time to visit this outlet. We love the food here specially Swordfish Collar my all time fave and Seafood Platter. Kudos to all the chef who prepared our food Superb! 👍👍👍 I wanted to commend Tash on his excellent service and the rest of the service staff too they very friendly and attentive. Thanks to the manager on duty who checked on us, he really makes time to visit every diner. Definitely this not our last.

Nice spot with a salad bar, good service and delicious food. Crispy buffalo wings, saucy chicken, light and golden fish and some sweet coleslaw really made a great, full meal. I like the antique items as decor in the restaurant too, nice little touch.

Food is alright. Location is easily accessible. Staff service can be improved. Perhaps due to crowd, its hard to get their attention and during taking of order, their tone tend to be loud and impatient. Would reccomend to go for their lunch salad bar buffet and top up for 1 of their mains.

Haven't eaten at Fish & Co for a long time, when I heard they had a salad buffet too at the Novena branch, I came to try. Feel a bit switched and baited. The website mentions a few items. Little did I realise that that was all the options on the buffet! Pfft. Picture shows how small the salad spread is. Still, the items were good, in particular the teriyaki chicken. You can top up a main for 6.50, given that the mains are nearly 20 bucks on the menu, this was a better option; price wise it's like you ordered the main and the salad came for free. The salad by itself lacks enough variety to eat on its own. Had the fish & chips. Good portion. Tasted a little bland. Loads better after drowning it in tartare sauce, the tomato salsa sauce from the salad bar, and asked for chopped garlic.

Date of visit: 30 sep 23 Time of visit: 0126pm Nearest MRT: Novena Items ordered: 1x seafood platter for 2 change corn to chips, add complete meal with ice tea and soup of the day Total damage: SG$67.06 Payment: cashless only How: You queue, you wait, they lead you to your seat, you read physical menu, you wave your hand, someone come and take your order, they make, they serve, you take pic, you eat, you pay, you go. Pros: inside aircon mall Cons: staff attitude can seriously be better, stand at entrance looking at the staff looking at us before they acknowledge us, nothing was said when they lead you to your table, let you know how to order ..etc, wife is heavily pregnant and they still put us in a cramp 2 seat table, table was uneven and its annoying to eat and still have to support it. Keep your soup bowl without even asking. Its seems that the lady with specs is the only one serving and cleaning table. Linda is the only one with the human touch. Rem to keep good care of the receipt on the table, you will be using that to pay at the counter and they will return it to you as proof of paymenteven thou it is wet and dirty. Will eat again: yes

In this mall you'll find Fish & Co, we went on Saturday without reservation. Quickly a table for 3 pers. was prepared and we started ordering. The waitresses were very different, meaning one was very professional and the other one didn't really understand her job in making us feel comfortable. But it all worked out well, and we enjoyed good fish and salad. The fried fish was very oily, but the BBQ-ed fish was done very well. The drinks are good, and the salad was fresh from the salad bar. On the weekend they have a promo for the salad.

Overpriced fish and chips. Service was slow 4 waiting staff but they are always busy, not sure with what, as it’s not easy to catch their eyes if you need assistance.

I have eaten at other outlets before, but I'm not sure if the standard here is just bad or.. Ordered seafood platter for 2. The portions were okay, actually more than enough for 3 people. The prawns were not nice at all, it just tasted weird somehow. The corn was overcooked but it's still sweet and nice. The pumpkin was so thick and bland.. overall I would say it's best to order something else. The service was soso. We were standing at the entrance and the staff just stared at us and continued with their own things. It wasn't very crowded that day, so it's quite disappointing. We were informed that the food will take about 15-20mins, but it's obviously way longer than that. We had to check with the staff again about our food before it was finally ready to be served.

Second time dining.. Spacious seating area.. salad bar was alright with 4 salad varieties, nachos & 3 different sauces but filling enough with free flow of nice cooling sparkling lime water with salad menu.. fish & chips are big portion with chunky good tasting french fries.. good service crew, they will come & checkin if everything was okay.. happy with visit..

We had been to many outlets before.. buttt... But this is one of the times we don't enjoy having a meal here. Not sure how if it is all coincidence.. probably staff wasn't happy that we came by, since they are not even smiling when we came by. And Probably chef didn't prepare it well and it could just be us who came at the wrong timing.. so food n service was jz a so so.. we may approach other outlets instead and try again next time. Drink tasted bland and food didn't taste nice, smelled of burnt food..etc.. Staff didn't look friendly.. but nonetheless, we shall not give negative reviews, jz a matter of poor coincidences, since all other places that we had been to, had d same standard of good tasting delicacies. We jz ate since we were too hungry, but due to the taste, we didn't really finish our food, nor did we finish our drinks.. Butttttt.... The venue had spacious seatings. Having the restaurant jz beside the escalator was also a plus point.. the overlooking area outside is another plus point. So it did add up to our experience. But wasn't enough due to the what he happen to have. Nonetheless, we hope it was just us that experienced it and not others, since there was only a handful of people during that timing we came. So ya, cheers!

Deep fried swordfish collar. Did not taste fresh at all but seasoning was fine. Serving enough to fill your stomach but would not make you want to visit again. Hope they can do better.

The NY Fish and chips was definitely the star here, but the fries was cold and soft. The Aglio Olio also lacked seasoning. Service was a little slow on a weekday afternoon.
